Having bought e book tokens for my friends' three children for Christmas, what can I say. I won't bother again. My friend is computer literate and he had big problems. The gift cards were either not recognised or the website kept crashing/ timing out. There has been no response to customer service email enquiry. After about four weeks of trying, on and off, by phone, he finally managed to get through to customer services who talked him through the process. Then they took £4.50 in admin charges from the value of the e cards. Also there were a limited amount of books available. A disappointing service from a large company. Will never use again. Waiting to see how the delivery turns out. At least i can claim the money back through my credit card if they don't turn up after three weeks. Will update.

DO NOT waste your time on this site. Book advertised 'in stock' will not be shipped. Order don't get process for a long time (ordered 21/7/2010, still say processing 25/08/2010). Then the order automatically get cancelled after 45 days
