Water Filters Fast

No problems but have a sears card but don"t say it is MasterCard, discover or visa on it. Just issued by Citibank so did not know what to put in appropriate blank

Other than not being able to order filters in the quantities I wanted and having to remove the hyphens from my phone number it was an easy check out

Customer support was excellent. I asked if these filters were genuine Samsung or an off brand substitute. Rep confirmed that they are genuine Samsung. So I ordered them and they arrived earlier than expected.
Great experience so far. Hope that these filters last the specified six months.

I received the water filters, as ordered, and on time. I would recommend others to purchase from this site.

I had a lot of difficulty applying the Promo code when checking out - I had already logged in and then when I checked out with the promo code in place, I had to login again. When I did that the promo code would disappear. I went in circles for more time than It should have taken. I should've just called and placed the order with a customer rep. I finally got it but it was a waste of my time.

It was quite quick and easy, but I prefer to get an idea of how long shipping will take BEFORE I make a purchase so that I can be assured that I will be at the delivery location when the package arrives.

Getting the order was easy and I am pretty sure I installed it correctly, but now my filter light keeps blinking, so not sure if that is because I didn't buy the name brand filter or what!

State phone number requirements at phone box so returning not necessary I've liked your product for years. I hate your shipping packaging for years. I understand that how you ship and how you package your product add to your bottom line costs. Doesn't mean I have to like it.
I haven't used your new product yet. Send me another survey in Nov. and I'll let you know.

I have an account and every page on the site requires me to delete the dash marks in my phone number which is automatically populated by the site. Very annoying - please fix!

One thing though. The website said out of stock. I called and the customer service person said there were 4 in stock and had to update before I could order. So you may want to look into how your website is updated automatically from stock. That knocked a star off the overall shopping experience rating.

It's all good. Easy to navigate web site, Good price on the products I needed, Easy check-out, product was at my door in a reasonably quick time.

Check out is confusing with required email listed under create an account. Didn't think it was necessary and had to contact the chat to
finish checking out.

glad to be a returning customer but how do I find out if I can join the autoship program for my water filter and save money

I had some trouble getting to checkout and loging in. Not sure why it was so difficult. I would still shop here again.

I wasn't thrilled about receiving filters that were not in sealed plastic (new ones come this way). I received two in "roughed up" boxes(not in plastic wrapped seals) & one filter was just wrapped in bubble wrap. I've purchased sealed filters for similar price & feel better that there won't be anything wrong with the filter & that I'm getting quality product. Not sure why the filters are not coming sealed.

Could not use FreeShip Promocode even for over $40 purchase for qty 6 because the message states out of stock but allowed order for qty 4 with $1 discount.

I found it strange that when I went to check-out, the website took me back to the main login screen. I had already entered my username and password to select my items.

I have an account and password, but I had to check out as a guest (because I didn't want to take the time to reset my password. I will always order from you, but I never seem to be able to get into my account! No big deal.

until I get the water filter it's hard to be definitive on the whole process. If I get the right filter and it fits I'll certainly immediately buy more

Trying to locate a 2x10 30 micron water filters, but all seem to be 2.5 vs. 2. Not sure if will fit, so only ordered one to see.

changed shipping address late in the process; it deleted my payment info and my new password info. frustrating.
