I called W.F.F. To order the 3 stage filter replacements for my r/o system. I have ordered from them previously. After numerous attempts my call was answered by "Cynthia" who denied that I had ordered from them previously. Her tone was negative, not helpful and argued that I was not a previous customer. She told me that the Co. Did not carry the needed filters so I ended the call with no further conversation. She called me back to tell me that I was rude. This person should not
