I ordered a large sticker from Wastestickers.com, upon receiving it the sticker was folded in 3 areas. Causing it to have ridges when we put it in our warehouse. I then contacted the company asking for a refund. The customer service rep, Linda McCormick, then offered to reship them free of charge. I replied saying only if we do not have to pay for shipping or customs charges. The sticker arrived with a $28 import fee, for a $10 sticker. We sent them back. I will never shop from this website ever again, and I suggest you don't either.
