I had the worst experience today. I paid this car wash for 2 cars $10 each /month for 3 months. Today I took my second car for car wash. The girl named Ashley was very rude and said my membership is cancelled. I told her I just resigned again. She did not agree
I asked for a manager, J Torres. A man called Torres came who did not understand English. I told him the problem.
He asked me to show a receipt. I had my bank statement where I was being charged. He said there is another license plate under it.
Last time when I went only two weeks ago, I took my other car and did not have any problem
This manager was very rude and I told him no customer would haggle for $10 /month and try to get a free car wash and especially ones who drive expensive cars
He said he does not care about me or anything. He did not want to listen to actually what I was trying to explain, perhaps does not understand the culture here
I recorded the entire conversation with him. I try to call their corporate office but there is no one. He did not want me to give any name
It seems their system never updated.
How is it possible my one car two weeks ago had no issue and the second car had a problem
I am looking for corporate to talk to me. Theg wasted my 25 minutes
