I originally purchased a couple of shirts from them. There was a slight error with one of the shirts, so I emailed them directly. They responded very quickly and corrected the small error with great customer service! I placed two separate orders a little later (I live in CA and my daughter lives in HI) from them for my sons "Class of" shirts. The order was ready for pick-up as promised. I received an email a couple of days later stating that my 2nd order was being shipped and they provided the tracking number. It showed up on time and my kiddos love the shirts. Caleb and his team are great!
