As a new customer with warehouse one, our first order incorrect and disappointing. We had placed an order for 2 pallets, 48 boxes of advertised Health & Beauty Aids. With complete trust in this company, our payment was wired immediately. Upon taking inventory, we discovered 11 boxes of expired, damaged and melted candy and 8 boxes of expired Boost Energy Drink and expired baby formula. After serveral discussions with the sales agent, we have unable to get this matter resolved. We are continuing to try and get someone to address this problem so we can continue to do business.

Yesterday was my first and last trip to Warehouse one in crossville tn, I spent $700 on a pallet of nothing but junk, there is personal hygiene items most of which were open there was something leaked on every thing nothing real value! I purchased this in hopes of making a profit! I can't make half my money back! Don't buy from them! They pull out any thing especially electronics that's valuable and re- pallet them and price them for $1800 per pallet! They are a rip off! They should not be in business!
