I have ordered hard disk from this company in March, it never arrives and credit card been charged. Due to various circumstances, I forgotten about it until I checked my statement and I contacted them to find out it was not sent and will refund back to my credit card by return email.
2 weeks after no refund received I contact them to find out why, they said "it has been set to "WAITING to be REFUNDED" ". Every now and than, I received this same message but no refund.
Making calls to this company is also proven unsuccessful as it made you wait for a long time and some calls will drop out during waiting.
This is now 2 months still got this same message.
This is your decision to judge how you would deal with them.
Stay away from this sham of a company - they don't have the stock, they will keep you waiting for a few weeks with different stories, just don't bother, total waste of time and launching dispute with credit card company 3 weeks later.
Don't bother with them!
