This vendor had a low advertised price for a rare item. I ordered the item online and received a confirmation email. Despite the fact that their website advertises total customer satisfaction and an unrestricted return policy, they tried to 'reconfirm' my order. I responded to their email and they didn't notice or act on my response. I called leaving messages and they didn't respond. Eventually, when I got them on the phone, the item I ordered was no longer in stock and discontinued. While the item was available from other sites, they did not honor their confirmed price to me - I had to purchase the item elsewhere.
Essentially this seems a tiny company with incompetent staff and big claims of customer service that aren't backed up in practice. Shop elsewhere.
