Upon unboxing our wagon we were missing the lunch box and the removable tray it was supposed to come with. When looking further at the wagon the bin the lunch box is supposed to sit in was ripped completely across the back side. We have tried emailing, calling and leaving voice mails but have not heard back from anyone!
I have been trying to reach this company for goingvon two weeks for a return but no one has returned my calls or emails. They claim to have a return policy but will not respond on how to submit a return.
Still awaiting an item that I purchase through Amazon and yet haven't received it. Apparently it's still in California, even usps have no clue where it's at
