Purchased lenses for my Ray-Ban glasses, and they were shipped via SpeedX, which is an unreliable shipping company. Naturally, the lenses are currently lost in transit. SpeedX has been unresponsive, and VR Wave keeps promising that they will get back to me within 24-48 hours, but it has now been a week. Buyers should be cautious, as this is a foreign company (not based in the US) that seems primarily interested in getting your money. Their customer service is handled by an AI bot that provides canned responses. They keep telling me it wil get back to me within a day, but you can see its all smoke and mirrors.
