I participated in a video recording study with them on August 10,2022. It is now November 14 and they have yet to pay me for my efforts. Half of my emails to them are left unanswered, the other half of the replies always says the same thing: we got too many payments to go through, soon we will pay. In this day and age it really boggles my mind how a company cannot manage its payments when there are so many tools out there like PayPal, Venmo etc. Oh another thing, they make the payment via bank transfer (if they ever make it!) I have been extremely disappointed with them.
Tip for consumers:
Don't bother. They won't pay you.
Participated in a study in December. It is now almost April. I have yet to be paid for my time and videos that I submitted to them. Stay far away from doing business with this company.
