They took my money and I still do not have a working website. It's virtually impossible to get in contact with them, especially once they have your money. I'm not sure the scam is 100% intentional, because no one from their team seems like they know anything about website design. Poor design, poor contact, incompetent "designers". Spend your money on any company other than this one, though if you're reading reviews before purchasing, clearly you're smarter than I was.
Working with Vivid Logo Design was fast, simple, easy and economical. From the outset, the team was responsive to capturing my initial design ideas to implementing each of my revision requests. I never felt rushed to make a decision. I love what they came up with and could not be more pleased. I believe Vivid Logo Design is a perfect solution for individuals, small businesses and even large. They have packages to suit your individual needs.
Beware, this company is terrible, if you can even call it a company. And don't mention that they are not accredited by the BBB or they will harass you, argue with you and tell you to stop "judging" them when you've already told them multiple times to stop contacting you. Most unprofessional and downright ignorant people I have EVER talked to.
I hired them to design my "custom" website. They used a theme template from Theme Forest. Total con artists. They added a line or two of CSS code so they can say it's custom and deactivated some of the theme elements forcing you to use them to make simple changes like to the fonts. I wish I could sue them but they aren't technically a US company... Buyer BEWARE!
Is a fake company I pay 150 dollar for a logo design the I was suppose receive in 24 hours, I contact the by chat, bcs they do not have phone number legit is google number, I ask them why I do not receive. A email, notification letting know, about my purchase details, information and any update? The keep tnranferme to people I talk with " Adam benson, Rebeca, Luca, Kevin and Brian. I provide the like 3 different email like that I can receive and double Che but never receive nothing, them I look the reviews for online and I tell Rebeca the I will call my back and report this company and she transfer the chat conversation to Brian. I tell him Im calling my back and report this and they just close the the chat to me. Do no trust this people and not provide any kind of information to them..
No one understands logo design better than Vivid Logo Design, we have used them for a number of projects and can wholeheartedly say their work has always been impressive.

I paid close to a $1000 to this Fraud Company. I have continued to call Customer No Services and Dennis Clark. No Response to why my website is full of Coding instead of content!
