Sent off for a copy of my marriage certificate and said all the pertinent information pay my $49 for Xpress delivery and still received nothing no email no phone call this company is a scam. Do not use them.
I placed an order twice. My first order was "lost", and like a fool, I placed another. I went on their site and now they again have no record of the order, even with the pin number! I am currently on hold for now almost 10 minutes and of course, it says " Your call is very important to us. please remain on the line and our next available representative will assist you shortly." this is a lie people. DO NOT USE THESE FRAUDS. It would be less time and money wasted for me to make a 800 mile trip!
I am changing my review as I found it was USPS's fault, not VitalChek's. So when I reordered a birth certificate, it arrived 3 days later! And that is from NYC Health Dept! Wow! Impressive.
