I have used this site (based in Syracuse, NY) almost exclusively for all my oils, vitamins and food sups since I checked them out over a decade ago.
Mike clearly does everything himself, so if you want homeboy to chat-up, he aint your guy (no time for social malarky).
If you want fast-solid service, a wide choice in product, at great prices, Vitaglo cant be beat.

RUDE, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I placed a large order to get free shipping. I received the package on time, but it only had half my order. There was a note on the packing slip that said "back order". I waited several weeks and never heard anything from the company, so I sent an email. They never replied. A week later, I called and explained the problem. I was told someone would call me back that day and nobody did. I called the next day, and the guy that answered put me on hold before I could say a word. I hung up and called back. This time the guy answered the phone yelling at me that he told me to hold. I started to tell him why I was calling and he yelled at me to send an email. I told him they ignored my email and he hung up on me. So I opened a claim with Paypal.
"STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY". I placed an order for the first time from VitaGlo a couple of weeks ago. The product was stale when I received it, so I called the Company to inform them. The man who answered the phone was so rude and disrespectful. He hung up on me twice. I have never encountered such a discourteous Customer Service agent.
After getting Paypal involved receive a refund. Then product shows up at the door. No seller communication and super slow shipping. Will not use this seller again.

This guy is a second or third party reseller that is rude. He hangs up on you and never has any accurate information about the status of your order. Hes just some dude selling products out of his home probably. Did i mention his attitude is disgusting? AVOID. IM SUPER SORRY I EVEN SAW THIS FAKE BUSINESS ONLINE.
I have read the reviews below and completely understood the sentiment of other customers. Service was trash, dude on phone was nasty. Order above $100 would qualify you for free shipping - HUGE SCAM, they will try to squeeze more money from you by asking for another $20 shipping payment (reason being the package is too heavy?!). It's been more than month without receiving what I have ordered. Legal actions must be taken: THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO GET SUED, put these people in jail after having them refund all the losses.

I put in my order March 10th & never received order by March 23rd so called to see what was going on. I spoke with the owner who was extremely rude, I couldn't believe it, then he hung up on me! I called back & he hung up on me again. Do NOT order from this company!
Awful company, very short and rude over phone. This after several attempts via email (advised from email confirmation of order) to get response. I ordered several things and one was missing. When I finally go someone on the phone, he said "Oh yeah, we don't have that one". SO WHY HAVE IT AVAILABLE TO ORDER?
They never sent me a confirmation email, after 3 wks I called and was treated abruptly and promised the items (Including Manuka honey) would reach me that Sat. Nope. I got a notification from UPS that some shipment from Discount Natural Foods should be delivered 5/29/18 So I called again and a lady checked and came back from putting me on hold and said someone would have to track the package and call me. Verified number, but when I asked if I should have gotten some email in the first place she said "we send you an email when it's shipped." I said all I got was a UPS notification and she said "I have to go" and hung up.

Refused to refund or replace part of a shipment that was horribly damaged in shipment. Owner, has a nasty disposition both on the phone & in emails. Avoid doing business with this company.
This company is to be avoided at all costs. Just look at the string of one-star ratings and that should convince you. It is obvious that they only want your money, apparently under dubious circumstances, and that "customer service" is not in their vocabulary. Seriously, Yahoo Stores should drop them.
I placed a large order for some shower gel, and it never arrived. After around a month, I e-mailed them about it using the "Reply" to my order confirmation and never received a response. After two more weeks, I e-mailed them again at *******@vitaglo.com and never received a response. In trying to track my shipment, I also found that the order had been "cancelled", although I had never been notified of this. After two more weeks, I telephoned and reached someone who was incredibly rude and just shouted "Your order was cancelled" and hung up.
In the meantime, I have been unable to take a shower for nearly two months. Okay, I made that part up, but the rest is completely true and equally as smelly. I will never click their website again, let alone order anything.
I placed an order for vitamins on June 7th. I called today, June 21st, and spoke to a person named mike. I asked Mike about my order since I had had no communication from the company. Mike told me that he would call me right back and he had to look into it. More than half an hour later I decided to call back, and Mike answered. Mike proceeded to tell me that he was canceling the order because he told me he would call me back and that I called back too soon and could not wait for his call back. I suggested to him that half an hour wasn't long enough and he said no and repeated that he was canceling the order. When I asked him for a specific reason why he was ordering the cancellation, he told me just because I couldn't wait. Needless to say that there was no communication whatsoever for the past two weeks from when I initially made the order. The customer service I received was horrible and I am not too sure who Mike is, but Mike is certainly a detriment and not a person who should be doing customer service nor selling anything to the general public. I would give this company negative stars if it was possible.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. RUDE, RUDE, RUDE. They sold me defective vitamins that was growing mold and my order took 2 weeks for delivery. I called Vitaglo and spoke with Micheal who yelled at me, told me to call the manufacturer then hung up the phone on me. After calling the manufacturer who was polite and helpful I found out Vitaglo is NOT an authorized dealer of there products. I will be purchasing from Vitacost from now on.
I ordered an item Feb 2 and still hadn't received a tracking update. I emailed to enquire and the company owner wrote back all in caps the rudest response I have ever received from a business. No hello, just "YOU WERENT CHARGED ITS out of stock" and that was the whole email. Ok... well good to know now that I asked a whole month later. Was I going to get a notification? It was an item I was depending on. If I had known it was out of stock I could have bought it from another place sooner instead of waiting this long and if I hadn't of reached out, would I ever have been told? And my email enquiry wasn't rude either. So strange.
I've read the many negative reviews on the net, and yes, sometimes things fall through the cracks at Vitaglo, but I am happy with my dealings with them. Clearly, they could be a bit better when communicating with customers when products are out of stock, but generally they are decent honest folks that will treat folks fairly if treated fairly to start. I think the issues are when a customer expects to be treated like a prima-donna, they just won't treat you like one. If you act like a jerk, you'll get treated like one. Being close to their Syracuse warehouse (an hour drive), I've gone and picked up my order there, and I find Mike Schwartz (the owner) a pleasure to deal with. He laughs and jokes and smiles, just like a real person.
So, give them a try. Be nice. Be patient, and you'll find things will go just fine. And a side note. Each time I put together an order, I check their prices against the other discount online supplement companies and find Mike's prices most always beat theirs.
I just remembered to say that many times after submitting an order, I then remembered there were a few things I needed but forgot to add, so I've called them and they always have accommodated me, saying just put the new items through as a new order on the net and they will refund the 10 dollar shipping for those added items and combine all the items as one order. Not many companies will do this.
They shipped me 4 bottles of a supplement that expired in 2017. It is unethical for any company to sell such product. They said the product was discontinued (not true) but I could return (any my own expense) for a refund. So it cost me to return outdated products that they should have never shipped. WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. It was the first and last time. Too bad I had not checked the reviews first.
