I bought a dress from Virgos Lounge which looked beautiful on the website. When it arrived it looked NOTHING like it did on the website. It was a really cheap material, when I tried it on it was a horrible fit too. I can't believe how cheap and nasty it was after the lovely photo online! To make matters worse I sent it back over a month again and STILL haven't had a refund. There's no telephone number for them and when I email they just say 3-5 days... I'm still waiting!

Before my dress arrived and I knew it was so vile I had recommended the site to a friend as the dresses do look good on the website. Her dress arrived and it was the exact same thing, cheap and nasty looking, awful fit so she returned hers too and she still doesn't have a refund either! Absolute joke of a company! Do not use!

Loved my dress!

After ordering my dress I saw the reviews annd started panicking. I ordered one and cancelled within 2 hours. The money was refunded back into my account within 3 days.
The dress came and looked beautiful! One gem was missing (which you can't really see unless you scrutinize) but other than that I love it!

I ordered a gorgeous dress from virgos lounge. The dress was gorgeous however sizing really weird. Ordered a 10 and a 12 and both were like a size 8 around the skirt bit and huge at the top, I don't even think 2 sizes bigger would've fit the bottom half. I was gutted. Sort your sizing out virgos lounge!

I bought a jumpsuit and was looking forward to it coming so much. However when it arrived for one it was wrapped in plastic wrapping like you would expect a £15 high street dress to arrive, and was creased from the packaging, it cost £10 for the delivery so I was expecting it to be in a box at least. The actual fit of the jumpsuit was also completely wrong, as in the dimensions for example it was extremely tight on my crotch and baggy on the legs, so a size smaller or larger would have also not fit, and material felt cheap. Very dissapointing.

I bought the yellow Danica dress from the Virgos Lounge website & wore it recently. I had the dress dry cleaned in
Accordance to the dry cleaning instructions. Unfortunately the dress
Was destroyed during the process where all the gold paint on the
Beadings was removed and covered the whole dress and the purple beads
On the dress. The item is no longer wearable. The dry cleaners used
The procedures as indicated so the cleaning instructions were
Incorrect.
I have emailed them numerous times over the past few weeks, not a single acknowledgement. Disgraceful customer service.

The dress looks like it's be taken and look really cheap. I can't send it back because I meant to wear it tomorrow. I should have listened to the bad reviews and not buy from VirgoLounge.
