I ordered 3 of the same tee shirts and got 3 different ones, not very happy. Sent to my family for christmas.

There are no returns or exchanges so if your shirt does not fit, you are out of luck. I loved the design but the shirts are rougher material and mine ran small.

First of all I didn't remember my password and used "forgot my password". They never sent me a link to get a new password. Good thing I kept a copy of my order number so I could research the status of the order. Then, I waited over 1 month to receive 3 t-shirts. 2 finally came and i am still waiting for the 3rd. I understand they print them individually but I would have liked some idea of when i could expect the 3rd. I don't think I'll buy from them again.

I ordered 2 T-shirts. When I got the shirts one was what I had ordered and then the other one was not. They decided to send me a tshirt that I didn't order.No explanation of why I didn't get the other shirt that I ordered. Some off the wall tshirt that I would never have ordered. I was really unhappy and I will never order from them again. Would not suggest anyone order from them.

The shirt looked very sparkly and pretty in the picture online so I thought there was some sequins on the shirt, but spent too much for an iron on patch. Very deceiving.

I waited nearly a month for the product. I was excited when it arrived, only to discover the product I purchased was missing the entire front of printing on the hooded sweatshirt. I've contacted customer service and they have promptly replied in a courteous fashion promising to remedy the error promptly. I am hopeful the corrected product arrives much faster than the flawed one did.

Immediately after ordering this short-sleeved t-shirt, I notified your people that I wanted a long-sleeved shirt... I never heard from anyone till they sent me a survey & when I tried to reply, it was timed out & I couldn't do anything. I sent numerous emails & nobody responded. Now that I have the short sleeved t-shirt, you want to know if I'm satisfied... NO!

I love the shirt BUT it was so big. I ordered same size I always do ( and from the same maker) but it was huge! I need a smaller size but can't get one. Returns or by certain conditions only, non of which is size.
Other than that, the design was great
I did manage to chat with someone to finally help me.

The sweat shirts were poorly printed, the images were blurry at best, I will give seller time to see and fix issued items

Quality of the shirt was much cheaper than what I expected. It was very thin and feels like it will not last long.

The shirt came in and I still love the design but it's a lot poorer quality than what was shown on the website.

Disappointed that the colors are not vibrant Bears colors as expected. Also I looked at the size chart and the tee that I received is at least a size smaller than I expected. So sad for the price. I was excited to give this to our daughter, who is a Bears' fan for her birthday. Instead rather embarrassed. Looks like a cheap shirt.

The actual print on the t-shirt looks like it will wash off and peel easily. Not as satisfied as I'd hoped to be.

The quality of the items is not bad and i appreciate them arriving on time, but what i ordered (in terms of style and color) was completely different than what came to me. There was also no order receipt in my package, which denotes a definite lack of responsibility.

Ordered this a few weeks before Christmas. Got regular notifications that it would arrive by Christmas Eve. It did not arrive until Dec. 26. But it also didn't ship until quite some time after I ordered it. Other than that, the product is fine and as I expected it.

I ordered this for my brother's birthday, it took a long time to arrive. The size Large was more like an average medium. I hope it fits him

Being an 80's girl and loving "Top Gun", I had to order the tank (Talk to Me Goose). While ordering, I also saw a womens tshirt I liked (Because I was inverted). Once they arrived, I immediately liked the tank (crying because it's too small. I should have ordered a medium, my fault). Fabric is thin and super soft, but then I saw the tshirt. YUCK! The print is exactly what I wanted, however the quality of the fabric is CHEAP. It's rough and doesn't even have a shape. It honestly feels like it was purchased at The Dollar Tree. Disappointed. Wasted money.

When the t-shirt I ordered arrived I was disappointed. It looked quite different than the advertised photo. The fabric itself was on the most basic, cheap end. I would say the print job was decent and it held up to a first washing but this is low quality for the price.

Your sizing is completely inaccurate! I order on line all of the time. I wear a size 12, ordered my friend ( who has a large bosom) a 2XL, and it basically fits me. I know sizing can be somewhat tricky, but this was completely wrong! To top it off, returning it and reordering the shirt isn't an option because it wouldn't be here in time. The delivery time from your company isn't very timely at all, but you sure got paid in full right away. I won't be ordering from your site in the future.

Arrived in the nick of time for Christmas, but really waaaay over-priced. It's a Tee shirt, with a silkscreen print, not haute couture, should not take that long and should cost at the most $15... Son likes it but still...

Hoodie quality seems pretty good. Fluffy and soft. Haven't tried it on yet though. Graphic seems some what distorted and off centered to me, and smaller than I expected. Also, thought it was exclusive, then find out they are stamping other bands on the same design. Overall not terrible, however I feel this will be my only purchase. 2 hoodies 90$

This shirt looks nothing like the photo on Facebook! Wasnt worth the $ for a regular iron on. It looked like glitter or sparkle in the photo. And... the sizing is WAY off! Now I'm stuck with an ugly over sized shirt!

The tee shirt I ordered was very nice and I am very pleased with it. The speed of time it took to get here was ridiculous! It took a long time. I was supposed to get to me on Friday and I didn't get it until Tuesday. It was in FL a few hours from me on the 10th and got here on the 15th. That is probably not your fault, but it was a pain.
