How do I get a refund? They states they need bank information to get refund! No follow ups to see how is the product is working if I am happy or unhappy truly sad customer relationship. I had a very frustrating experience with this.

Do your research, this guy has bad review and complaints posted everywhere on the internet. He basically doesn't pay for refund and even doesn't pay his card providers. Don't do business with him. He didn't pay me for lines that I sold him. Wish I would have done the research and would have found out this is business as usual for him
