I've been ordering from Vinyl Disorder for a couple of years and have not been disappointed. Great service, quick delivery, great prices! They have many shapes and sizes and do NOT charge extra for die cut to a specific shape which I am greatly a fan of. THANK YOU VINYL DISORDER!

I haven't received my free stickers yet. But I know once I do I'm going to love them and you're going to be perfect. Because you can just tell that they have really great quality, and they care about what they're doing. And they let their fans, customers, friends no just how much they love their support and they won't let you down. I recommend that you should definitely check them out.

I have ordered decals in the past from Vinyl Disorder with no problems at all they came very quickly. This time I ordered and paid for three identical decals, however when I opened the envelope there was only one decal in the envelope. I notified Vinyl Disorder of the discrepancy and have had no response from them. Not a happy camper

I've made 3 orders with this company, first no problem, second time on a simple re-order of the first the proof was wrong and caused the order to be late for needed event, and third time ordered 2 weeks before needing the same re-order (never anything changed on my part in any order), week 1/2 into the 2 weeks and order is still not ready to even ship! Called vender phone number listed, absolutely no customer service, no one to get information about the order, was told to email and wait for a response, literally pointless to have someone answering phones to tell customers they can not help with anything (thanks "just David"). Asked for David's last name and he refused to give it to me, told me he did not have a supervisor or manager for me to speak with or help with the situation. Total Mickey Mouse business, buyer beware, DO NOT USE Vinyl Disorder!

I have a sticker shop and I make most of my stickers myself but I occasionally outsource my bestsellers when business is really good.
Let me tell you, I have used 4 different sticker companies and this one is the worst. Firstly, they claim their stickers to be waterproof but they're not even water resistant. My homemade stickers are more waterproof than these.
Secondly, idk what machine they use to cut their stickers, but it leaves the most jagged edges I've ever seen. Every single sticker was cut really badly and unusable. There's no way I could sell these to my customers so they went into the trash.
I test all stickers I order so I put one on my water bottle and hand washed it and it completely fell apart.

They lack sense of responsive or customer service. With technology today, it's mindboggling that a company or service is not able to return communication to customers - which infers that the company really does not care or value service to their customers.
Additionally, when my products were finally delivered (late), they were unusable because the pixel resolution was grossly poor. Vinyl Disorder did send a caveat in an email of low-resolution, but the attached proof graphic looked great - it was the farthest thing from my (or any customer) expectation...

Placed an order including several items. Produced and shipped within days. I followed the tracking and saw there were no updates for multiple days. Contacted Vinyl Disorder to have them follow up on shipping. They told me it showed it was in transit and wouldn't acknowledge that the status hadn't changed in several days and was obviously lost. Several more days later the order showed up in a crushed cardboard shipping tube missing one of the caps. Product was damaged. Photographed all of it immediately and contacted Vinyl Disorder. They said they would remake and reship my order. 2 weeks later there is no communication or indication of a replacement order being made.

I send these people a picture of my truck which is white And to clarify in my business I am the professional so I know how things need to be done and I explained to the customers that this is how and I explained to the customers that this is how things need to be done. First they send me my package to the wrong address after having my right address and then it goes all the way back to their office. I asked them since there was a mess up delay to throw another sticker in there to level out and screwing up and I was saying I was in a hurry to get it which they reply they do not put another sticker because they sent it back out immediately because I needed it in a hurry and then I get it and don't think I need to look behind these guys. I pull the sticker protector off and the f****** letters are white. Through the communication of trying to get this resolved they did not once pick a phone up and call me and did everything through email and they have everything surrounding their online to protect them because they suck that bad. I'm telling you they are horrible and they are a joke. They're paying people off to write their reviews probably because I've never seen anything like this in my life. I went to a local place and they did not understand any of this and why did they not be the professionals they're supposed to be. I asked him over and over to call me and they wouldn't because they knew they were in the wrong and did nothing to fix the situation. Sorry my text come off ignorant but I was speaking it anyways. But here's their stupid $#*! looking s*** and here's a local person.

Vinyl Disorder is absolutely awesome! Their customer service is over the top amazing! Super friendly and their designs are extremely positively radical! ‍ Definitely will use them time and time again!

I love the designs! They've got some of the most, gnarly stickers I've ever seen. I mean things from girls with tattoos to Native Americans riding skateboards. I love their designs and. I love the brand.
