How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Vinyl Disorder?

I have emailed them a few times and they got back to me within a couple hours or less both times so I haven't had any problems getting in touch with them via email. I haven't tried or needed to call they took care of my needs through email in a very timely manner.

I have left several messages so I would say rather difficult by phone
