They say the vehicle report is $1 but charge you $29. The phone # is disconnected and no one in live chat talks to you. I called my bank to stop the charge and get a new card because the websites paywall is unsecured.

Very similar situation here as other reviewer. Firstly I was lied by their $1 report and this is how they charged me for 3/2 service:

What's up with all these different merchant names and these random dates of charges EVEN AFTER THE CANCELLATION OF THE SERVICE was done immediately in 3/2?

TOTAL SCAM! STAY AWAY! AND REPORT!

I was offered 1 report for $1, and told the monthly subscription would renew one month from that date. In addition to the $1, they immediately charged me $29.95 and $4.95. Their site only has some crappy automated chat, to which they don't respond. It generates an automated email to which they still don't respond. Having to dispute the charges with my bank. SCAM!

I was trying to get a copy of a report for 1 Vin for a car we are considering purchasing. It said $1 for this Free report...Nothing was said about $29.95. Company is charging the $1 & another $29.95 to my credit card. Which my card flagged luckily. I call the Cancelation number listed, it's invalid. Cannot be completed as dialed. Call another # listed for Customer service & it's invalid. I should have flagged it myself when PayPal & other forms of payment were unavailable.Beware, this is a scam!

Total scam! This company false advertises $1 dollar reports only to find out they charged me $1 twice, then $29.95. All at the same time. The report had no information about the car at all. I was able to get my refund in minutes only bc I harassed them about it. Now I'm afraid they will keep charging my card, avoid this website at ALL COSTS!

They say they are totally 100° free but for they bill you 29.95 a month after THE 7 DAY TRIAL is up, and then 29.95 billed to your card

I tried $1 report got nothing on report cancelled and they have charges me 3X on my card in less than a week! I report with bank to dispute and with the BBB.
DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS ON THIS SITE!

These people are total pieces of work. They pull the bait and switch. They tell you it's going to be a dollar for the report and then after you purchase it it purchases it for a dollar and then 5 seconds later your credit card gets another transaction for $29.95 that they hope you don't notice and they cover their asses by putting a instant refund hotline automated call on their website. If you notice you get your money back. If somebody like my grandma got on this site she would be charged $29.95 every 2 weeks for the rest of her life.

They advertise as $1 but have tried to charge me a total of $65 since I placed my order. I had to request a new card.

They advertise $1 and once you pay the $1, they deduct $29.95.
They did this to me on 4th January, on 29th, they tried again to take another 29.95, then again on 29th and today 3rd February 2023.
They keep using different account names and when I contacted the two separate customer agents through the live chat, they just keep pasting generic answers that never addressed the situation. They asked for my last 6 digits and email.

Nobody should use this service

They charge you without your knowlege, They say 1$ and charge you 29.99$ and for the same report if you click download once they charge you 1$ for every time you download the same report as pdf

They say its only $1 and then $29 when subscription starts. As soon as you purchase $1 report they try to charge a $29 subscription right away. Thankfully I used a burner card and it declined it so it did not get through. It doesn't even show you all information, you have to pay more to unlock everything else. And it shows pictures of the same make and model car from google images, not your actual car.

Found out this was a scam site. Multiple charges beyond the initial charge. Canceled within 24 hours. Kept charging card after cancellation. Forced me to close out my card due to fraud. Stay away!

No owner information they will also charge a monthly fee. So you will need to unsubscribe. The charge is a dollar but the subscription is 28

They did provide a vehicle history report but also have continued to charge me under various names...vintracker, findyourvin, etc. They do not list a telephone number but I did go through the chat and cancel everything but yet, still seeing charges. To the point where ice had to cancel my card and get a new one.

Nowhere does it say anything about a report costing more than $1.00. Turns out, once you order a report for $1.00, the immediately charge you $29.95 for a membership. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE

I have been going around in circles with their team since Nov 1, still no refund and still no contact! This feels very scammy, very unethical. I probably should have tried to follow up with some more independent research before committing to it but I was in a vulnerable place at the time. Their website is also woefully misleading. They state you'll only be charged a dollar but I was charged $45, after asking customer service why they said it was a monthly subscription plus $1 for every report you request. Despite multiple attempts, being given a ticket number and the circus act of messaging live chat and getting automated teleprompts on the phone line, I have decided to cancel my card and speak to my bank, and contact ScamWatch and the ACCC. This company has absolutely contributed to my anxiety, at a time where it was already really suffering due to multiple devastating circumstances, and to just make matters worse they have stolen my money!

Lies about being free lookup report. Stop saying you are free when you are nor. This is called False advertising
