I ordered 4 mugs on June 20th. I never received them and didn't hear from their customer service about it. I called 2 weeks later and was told they only had 3 mugs and they were waiting on a 4th which would take 2 weeks. I reminded them that it had been 2 weeks and that they hadn't called me. She said they had been on vacation. She said they would be sent right out. I still didn't get them and called many times in July and i emailed them about 8 times and they didn't reply at all. Someone finally answered the phone which was a total quirk and said that she had all 4 mugs but that she needed my credit card information again. I gave it to her and she said the mugs would be on the way. That was August 16th. Since then i have called almost everyday and they haven't answered and I have emailed about 10 times that I have a record of and not received any reply. I am worried about them having my credit card number and have been checking my statements regularly. Last week I called and the message said they were closed for inventory but would return on Sept. 19th. I called on Sept. 19th and of course they are not open. I have never ever ever had such a bad experience with any business, online or otherwise.
