I ordered a toilet seat 15EC 034 & did not get it. When I contacted them on chat, they would not answer me. When I looked at the toilet seat they had it marked double the price that is on my order. I would not trust this company & everybody needs to stay away from buying anything from them. I even contacted them before I ordered it & they said, it was in stock. This was very deceiving & they are crooks. In a store if they have it priced wrong they will sell it to you & them change the price. I would give no star if I could!

Fast delivery. I like quality of package. They are clean and neat. I would like to order my next product in this website.

This company must have the smartest customers. Not a single word misspelled and fairly decent grammar for all positive reviews. This is always a 'red flag' to me...indicates cut/paste or bot created. The prices lure customers in but can't make me take the bait.

They don't respond. They don't answer their phone - no order confirmation, no products shipped. Scammers. Beware and don't use them... The other reviews are garbage fakes.

They are not listed with the BBB. Can only find some reviews out here. Have really good prices listed.
Their website and subsequent social media shows them in Lighthouse Point. Google Maps puts them at the SAME street address only in Fort Lauderdale with a different zip code. I'm 30 minutes from there. They will not allow will call.
Their chat attendant, although always listed as Adam, seems to be answered 24x7. Rarely is it ever a straight answer though. Leads me to believe it's a call center of sorts with outsourced support responding. Can't say for sure and it has that feel.
Ground delivery orders, they "say" take EIGHT days to fulfill. Also makes me believe that there is not really a lot if any physical inventory.
Parent company is listed in Winter Garden, FL. All seems a little weird.

When i first saw this i thought the prices will be higher than the retail price and to my greatest surprise they were just a less than the retail price.

Placed an order in November. I did not realize I also had a $0 total like many here, and I did receive a confirmation at the end. Never received anything and never got through. About a month later I had charges in various online stores and they paid for Instagram likes through Twicsy with my card. All totaling over $500 right before Christmas! The picture below is after I disputed them. I'm still trying to find out more information. One order has a shipping & billing address of Nicolas Taylor 16 min away from their bogus warehouse in Wilton Lakes, FL! Thank God my bank caught it! The dumb a&* didn't have my security code! Ha ha! It's all good. I have their information. If you ordered ANYTHING from them, PLEASE CANCEL YOUR CARD. They are scam artists and WILL get caught.

The entire company is fake. You place an order which just collects your credit card info. There is no actual company. My card immediately had fraudulent purchases after the transaction (which never actually went through), and of course Discover cancelled the card and removed all the transactions. This page, as well as their Facebook and Instagram pages, all have fake 5 star reviews from new accounts with no friends. Stay far away; already reported to the Attorney General.

Just wondering if any of the customers that think or thought this is a fake / scam company ever reported it to the Better Business Bureau?

Products are easy to find - easy to order. Will buy again when im ready to update. Company personall was very helpful explaining everything and very professional Always first rate. Efficient Web site. Reasonable prices and quick delivery. An excellent service, as always. Fast delivery

I agree with a previous poster that Adam was a joke to deal with to get information...glad i found this site...i paid the small extra and bought at Home Depot

Like others I placed an order which resulted in an order number. My credit card was not charged, and I did not receive an email order confirmation as you would expect. Five days later customer service does not answer calls and the "chat agent" seems like a bot with standard responses. I should have known because the pricing was too good to be true.

The prices were the best I found anywhere. Shipping was super fast and I'm really pleased with quality. Thanks for making my little grandsons birthday a happy one!

Caveat emptor. Don't trust them. I placed an order, they gave an order #. Their chat (Adam) said they had stock and could ship. Returned the following day to check status, they said no order existed. Chat with Adam "order cancelled" no further chat from them. Emailed they said they were out of stock and refunded CC. This sounds like a non-reputable nor reliable business. They have delayed my project.

I ordered an item and never received a confirmation. I put in my information and the total came to be 0.00. So I tried to contact the company by the telephone number listed on their website several times and it is bogus. Do NOT! Order from this company.

I was looking for some furnace filters and found them the cheapest on this site. After several days, I had not received any confirmation emails. I reached out via chat to a CS rep named "Adam Kjaergaard" who seemed surprised and who replied that he would have one sent. This never happened. When I reached out to inquire as to the status, he said that he would again check. After a few attempts at following up, I requested that they resolve the issue or cancel the order. They choose to cancel my order without any additional efforts on their part. I'm moving on as the aggravation and delays are not worth the extra couple of bucks I'd save.
