No confirmation email. No response to chat. Fake reviews! Buyer beware! After putting in my CC information, total said $0, but had a "thank-you for your order message." They just want your CC info!

Ordered item. Got order number but no confirmation email. Card never charged. 5 days later when I asked on their chat, someone was there and did answer that the item was out of stock and so I was never charged. But there was no communication from them until I was already 5 days behind on my order.

I am very pleased with the product and service. I'm excited to find this site. I am sure I will continue to buy from them.

After order was placed the attached screen shot appeared. Note the date shows 3/11/22, when I ordered on 11/2/22. The order fields are zero and I did not receive an email confirmation. Used their chat to inquire about my order and no response. They have my cc number.

After trying on 3 browsers and using 2 different credit cards, an order number was generated each time but the amount was 0.00. Finally got on their chat, and every time was referred to their billing department, which I have come to believe does not exist. Chat and email are not helpful. Don't waste your time ordering from this company.

An email with your order number never arrives after placing an order. Attempts to contact support (chat or email) about the problem results in stall tactics with boilerplate language repeated. I contacted my credit card company to secure my account from this FRAUD site. Stay away.

DO NOT ORDER. This is a website that offers fake products. When you provide payment you will never receive confirmation or your product. Switch your C. C. info and place a stop payment on funds. There are several fake reviews out there to lure customers. Go to the address it is not legit.

Ordered an item online. No email response of any kind. Waited a week or so and did an online chat with them... the order "was not processed". No reason given, so I asked. Answer: the item is not in stock. Wow. Didn't let me know... They went on in very bad English to explain a little... "We are really sorry the product is out of stock. Before there was already many people ordered this item. Once stock back we sure inform via email. And you will get your full refund". Nope. No way. I advise others to stay far, far away.

Long story short, I Googled a smart switch and the lowest price was from vilejo.com. One click brought me to their website. Scrolling through their site I came upon their address. It is 4460 N Federal Hway, Lighthouse Point, FL *******. Turns out that address is two doors south of my favorite Brazilian steakhouse and one door south of a sports bar that is bar tended by a tenant of a friend of mine. That building (4460) has been vacant ever since the Thai restaurant it housed went out of business over a year ago. Their phone number is not a Florida exchange, but one in Tulsa, OK. When you call it, an answering machine doesn't even identify the business and messages are not returned. If you have seen any glowing reviews they are definitely fake. Legitimate businesses don't use addresses of vacant buildings.

Worse yet, when you attempt to email support about the problem, they simply reply with non-helpful stall tactics instead of answering such a simple question. I finally had to give up and order my part from another website. Who could be so cruel to someone trying to give them business? Why not try to be helpful instead? This whole strange ordeal greatly delayed getting my part! Do not use these jokers for any reason.

Customer service and response times were perfect. Had an issue with a misplaced delivery not reaching couriers. They replaced the item and resent to me. Would recommend.
