Two months in advance, I ordered 10 T-shirts for a family get-together. After waiting four weeks, I wrote to the company to ask about my shirts and I was told "they are in the mail." Waited another two weeks and was told "the t-shirts have left our facility and we have no control over the shipping vendor." It took multiple emails for me to get reimbursed, so I did get my money back, but I wonder if this company is even legitimate. Poorest customer service ever!

The military green Raven was spot on! The Be wild and wander is size L (large) and I need a 2XL. Is there any way I can exchange for the right size?
I simply wanted to exchange a shirt that I purchased for a different color, because it looked different on their website. I sent the shirt back at my expanse, and have been waiting well over 3 weeks for any kind of communication from "customer service", despite sending numerous emails with the address they suggested. NO REPLIES! Right now they have my money, I have no shirt. Refund me please! Dont bother with this incompetent "company"

I ordered 2 T-Shirts from Viking goods. They looked totally different on the website but they are too thin and the print is extremely cheap. The worst quality of t-shirts. Their return policy states they will not refund unless the goods are damaged so I doubt if they will refund either. Please avoid Viking goods at any cost.

It took a long time to receive my T shirts. The quality of the shirts is not that good. Too thin. Poor quality graphics. I won't buy from them again.
If you order from this company be sure to order much larger sizes then what you normally wear. I ordered 3 tshirts.all 2x. Washed one in cold water and air dried. It shrunk so bad it is unwearable. Not good for a product that cost almost $30.00.
I absolutely love the product. The shirts are all vibrantly printed and true to size.
Look close at the images on this site. The concepts at neat a first but when you actually study the images, you can see the telltale signs of AI generated images. Want a neat shirt? Buy from a site that pays real artists.
First experience with this company. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER FOR DIRECT CONTACT. If you have a problem, you are at the mercy of email, and what I believe to be a bot, named Nicole. I did not receive an initial order confirmation. I did not receive an actual order number, just a link that requires an order number WHICH THEY NEVER SENT ME. My problem was an error with their system. I unchecked the "Billing address the same" box, but when I put in my CC information, it didn't open a separate window for me to put in a different shipping address. I am wondering if this business is a scam operation. There is some link to Jamaica that I noted on their site. BE FOREWARNED!

I ordered four shirts from Viking Goods and I loved the shirts but I made the mistake by ordering them too large. Nicole in Customer Service is awesome and she responded to my email right away, sent the return label and immediately refunded me for items that I was unable to rebuy in my size. I will definitely be ordering from them again!
