Video Jeeves produced an outstanding video for us at very low rate. They handled the entire process really well and did a really nice voice over as well. Their work exceeded our expectations and I would refer them for video production to others.

These guys are awesome! Video Jeeves did a WONDERFUL job on my explainer ad and never made me feel bad about the dozens of edits I was constantly making. The team worked hard to make sure I was satisfied and I received updates all the time! They even reached out to touch base when I had got busy. Phenomenal experience, they are my go-to for animation needs! Thank you, guys, for a wonderful result - I would definitely use your team in the future.

Video Jeeves did the illustrations for two of my books: Felix and Eagle Imagine and Rodowell Sky: Miracles Come to Life. Not only did they do a fantastic job, but they were quite the professionals. I had the luxury of working closely with Daisy, the Senior Art Director. She was a joy to work with and was always prompt in her responses.

Going into this process, I was nervous and a bit skeptical because I was asking someone else to bring to life the images locked away in my mind, figuratively speaking. Not only did Daisy and her graphic designer team deliver, but it was exhilarating waiting for the next illustration each week. I will truly miss those moments.

Naturally there were minor things to tweak or correct like the grass needing to look more real, but no matter the issue, and they were few and far between, Daisy and her entourage ALWAYS corrected it and delivered a GREAT illustration.

Even when it came to the cover designs of both books, I didn't have the faintest idea for what to put on them. I think I told Daisy a cloud or something for one and playsets for the other. Pitiful, I know. Needless to say, I trusted Daisy's team and boy did they come through!

Furthermore, I highly recommend using Video Jeeves for any aspiring author looking to add a little pizazz to their manuscript or cover. I'll tell you one thing, I will definitely work with them again in the near future!

We worked on several projects with Video Jeeves and they were very cooperative and responsive. They way they handle their project and deliver the final product on time must be appreciated. I would definitely ask others to avail their services.

The last year of wrestling with Video Jeeves has been a nightmare. STAY AWAY from them. Any of the top reviews here were probably written by employees of Video Jeeves, based on the misspellings and poor grammar. The "web design" drafts they delivered were terrible - misspellings, didn't get our name right, used inappropriate photos (one woman looked like a prostitute or worse). "Customer service" involves being on hold and never getting answers. This experience could not have been worse.

This organization is full of crooks. AVOID at all costs. We decided not to proceed with the production of our video hours after submitting payment and have battled for over 3 months to be reimbursed. Their "100% money back guarantee" is 100% fraudulent. It's been a horrible experience. We're processing a dispute with our credit card provider as they obviously refuse to refund us... all while smiling and lying to us with promises of cheques in the mail. Thanks for the incredible WASTE of our time and energy Video Jeeves. I hope you go out of business.

I am confused by the positive reviews. My experience was horrible. They run a schedule of their own, do not hit or achieve agreed upon deadlines, the individuals they have writing content do not spell or write the English language. You are provided a multitude of grammatical and typographical errors that make no sense. The finished product was sub par (at best) and is now sidelined because of the way the voice over and graphics turned out.

Terrible company. You have to beg them to do their job... which is poor quality at best. And then they'll blame you for being behind because they had to make the changes to the poor quality job they sent us. We also paid extra to expedite our project, but, the deadline came and gone. Now we're weeks later and we still can't get a commitment as to when they will finish the job. And, I have begged to get my money back because they didn't meet the deadline and I'm still waiting... and begging. Very unethical company! Please don't let this happen to you!

Steer clear of them. They took our money, promised to meet a deadline. Then disappeared. When we finally got a hold of them they tell us that the video is too long for them to make, its going to be a 9 minute video, when the script was only half of a page, 30-90 seconds depending on pauses. Then they tried to say the characters which we provided as all vector images, which you need in order to animate, were no good, we sent 30 of them. These images were to try to help them to create a quicker turn around time, they were not part of the quote or the deal, just an effort to help them out. Then out of frustration they admitted the truth that they had new clients that were willing to pay more that they just dropped our project to work on those. I would run far away from them. Rip Off. Scam.

I hired these guys for 5 short 2 minute videos. The job was to do a voiceover and then overlay some words on the remaining videos.

The voiceover was very average and pronunciation was off. Took forever to do and it was very clear they did not give a crap about their work.

The worst part was the word overlay videos. It looked as though it had been done using youtube movie maker. It was beyond terrible. After several emails they send me some new copies only to be riddled with spelling mistakes- can't use any of them. They outsource to Pakistan or somewhere. Paid good money and can't use any of it.

For gods sake stay away from them.

I really liked the video quality that was designed by video Jeeves for us. It was just in accordance with all our requirements. I really liked working with them as they were too cooperative. I would definitely ask others to use their services.

I can't express enough how outstanding the service from Video Jeeves has been. From consistent updates on the project's progress to the exceptional quality content, I'm truly impressed.

We paid for 3 videos up front. They completed 2 videos and then told us that we waited too long to start the third video and wanted to charge us the full fee again for them to finish the work.

White board animation gave me the freedom that I wouldn't have got through any other medium. Hence, their animators know how to get the message across to the target audience.

I'm a big fan of Video Jeeves' animation work. It's my third time, and I'm still amazed at how good they are at what they do. They get a 10/10 from me.
