Victrix sent me a package with the wrong value of freight, that resulted in much higher tax of the purchase (I'm in Brazil and under 50 usd we do not get taxed). I was very carefull to fullfil my purchase under the 50 dolars and then they sent me a box with a freight value 6 times higher than ir was in the order. At the end, I paied 4 times the value of of litle box of miniatures and they have not responded to my e-mails and messages. I don't think I'll order from them in the future for they are not helping me resolve the issue.
I'm really tired after a work day so I just try to relax by many ways in order not to overload my organism. In the past, I entertained myself with various board games and they enjoyed me a lot. Nevertheless, I got rid of this habit and started to run my evenings as an ordinary person, in front of the TV, laying on the couch. However, everything has changed after I detected this service. There are plenty of games and I decided to try wargaming. Actually, that was the best finding in my life. I have been playing wargaming for couple of months and it delights me a lot actually. Thanks to the service.
More and more I like to work with plastic figures. Not that metal is bad, but plastic has more detail and the Victrix models can be put together in several ways. I. m. O. painting the plastic models is also easier then the metal ones anyway most of the time. Anyway I think I answered my question above.
A large order delyed through circumstances outside the Company's control. Everything arrived undamaged. The figures look good but I have not started on them yet.

I really appreciate the communication and willingness to go the extra mile! My Napoleonic British just wouldn't look right unless I got the water slide transfers/decals!
Victrix are one of a small number of figure producers I use. They always provide a first class service and sell brilliant figures.
Bought the late Anglo Saxons/Danes (both huscarls and warrior packs). Would have bought the Viking box as well but was out of stock. Also bought both Viking and Anglo Saxon shield transfers and banners.
The level of detail on these miniatures is brilliant. The best plastic figures you can buy. Indeed, the detail is better than that on metal figures. Having assembled and painted some of these miniatures I can say that there are some mould lines. However they are easy to remove with a sharp model knife. The number of poses you can create is a real plus set for these miniatures. No two figures should look the same and you can create some really characterful poses. Oh and you get ample accessories like spare weapons so your warriors can be properly topped up!
My only real gripe is the absence of missile troops in this range. Archers and slingers are definitely needed and I don't want to use another figure manufacturer as the quality just isn't the same. Overall, what a great range of figures and decals and such brilliant company to deal with (communication is second to none and check out their Facebook page for regular news updates).
Two things I appreciate in figs are great sculpt's and sharpe detail. Victrix excel in both... They are easier to paint than most aswell.
Brilliant models really well sculpted would recommend highly, each model can be moulded easily to fit whatever you want your figure to look
The products were great, but the site wasn't as clear as it should have been. For example, there was no indication of the shipping time and browsing the products was quite an annoying experience (way too many different transfers, mixed along the products I was looking for and it wasn't clear at all for which product the transfers were). The packaging was also not great. It arrived in a plastic bag, because of which some of the bits were already bent or broken before I unpacked it. The instructions of how to assemble the miniatures could also have been better. It's pretty much a listing of the parts, with sometimes a remark that it only goes with certain other parts. But the quality and details on the miniatures is amazing, so that's a huge plus and I'll definitly order from them again.

Had a little hiccup but they solved the issue right away! I look forward to my next purchase, already planning it.
I play fantasy wargaming. Finding good quality shields for different armies is surprisingly difficult. Victrix has a great selection that fit my needs. Despite being on the opposite side of the world my orders have all been complete and timely. Plus customer service answered all my questions when I needed an out of print item. Thanks guys I highly reccomend this company. Plus the Greek minis are high quality also.

Having never used this companies decals before, I was a bit apprehensive when one of my clubmates suggested I try them... it was the best decision I'd made all year!
With easy to follow instructions, these decals use a slightly different method for applying to your shields, and with the sharp quality of print, I would definitely recommend everyone using decals to try Victrix Ltd first!... Walts
My order of figures and decals was delivered quickly and with no damage despite the journey from UK to Australia. One corner of the delivery packing box was crushed but this had not damaged any of the contents. I'm very happy with both the product and the services from Victrix.
The ancients range would have to be some of the best on the market, great transfers also. Use the bases and movement trays to mounted my collection of 28mm Napoleonic's, sorry not Victrix's.
