Stained wedding dress

I know stupid to order a wedding dress online... would not allow full refund. Two stains on dress, one was ink stain. When I emailed the company they said I could remove the stain with a blow dryer. The other stain looked like makeup. Company said I could only get 70% refund even though return policy said full refund if defected material.
