I have not received my mattress after the repair as of yet I really do like my mattress and I would recommend verlo. I hope once I get it back after the repair that I can get back to sleeping like I did when I first got it.
Suggestion: That I could have my mattress right now to be sleeping on

Suggestion: As you get older it is harder to tuck the blanket under mattress as mattresses are made so high.

Suggestion: The only thing I would change is that it being a king I wish we had the option to move the head and legs seperatly not the whole mattress because my wife likes,to sleep flat and I prefer a little lift in the head

We actually traded in the two twins for a king sized mattress and paid additional money for the exchange. It was a pleasure working with Daren to resolve the issue we had with the two twin sized mattresses.

I have been waking up with back pain
Suggestion: Maybe a little softer

Suggestion: Too soft and giving around edges, makes usable sleep space smaller than Full size Tempur-pedic. Seems to sag in middle a bit.

Suggestion: It is fine. I just wish the headboard would fit better

I can't be honest yet. Had hip replacement so not really sleeping well just yet! Good service and Darren you were super helpful and fun to work with. Good craftsmanship too!
Suggestion: I'll let you know in a month or so if it needs change.

Enjoying the Cool Max pad. The first one was too warm.

After buying the mattress, I had shoulder surgery and that keeps me from sleeping comfortably. Too expensive.
Suggestion: In talking to the sales person, I was led to believe that this mattress would help me sleep on my back. Didn't work, I'm still turning all night long like a pig roasting on a spit.

We feel like we probably need an adjustment, but we don't know in what direction. Sore backs are more common then are old mattress.
Suggestion: I'm not sure what needs to change, but it isn't as comfortable as I was hoping. I guess you could start with some instructions on how to find the correct inclines.

I just sink into my mattress and pass out. I don't wake up with back pain anymore so that's awesome!

So much more comfortable and sweat less at night! Loved buying mattress, salesman super nice and honest. Mattress feels great! I even slept on my old mattress for a night and was sore the next day. So it shows the new one is fixing all my soreness and tightness I had.

I am having extreme difficulty falling and staying asleep. The pillow given is a piece of crap.
Suggestion: Better prices. Better comfort.

We had great service & we love our mattress.
Suggestion: I wish we were told that there were different sizes of foundations. Our new bed is sooooo high and I am short that i have to crawl up into it.
