Yes. My wife and I struggled with sleep as our mattress was getting old. But with the new Verlo....all is well again. When shopping for a new Mattress, we tried another store with many mattress brands and firmness types. We felt we were just settling for what they had. We then went to Verlo and knew immediately, within 15 seconds, what we wanted. This replaced and old Verlo mattress (13 years old).
Suggestion: With only one side, I'm worried it will wear out sooner. I'm afraid the top layer of firmness will change too soon.

Before I purchased my Verlo mattress, I woke up daily with low back pain. Now that I have a Verlo mattress, I have not had ANY issues with waking up with low back pain! Amazing!!! Sleeping like a baby. I had a GREAT Sale Rep who was very informative about the types of mattresses and I didn't feel pressured or rushed to make my decision. A very professional but friendly sales rep who made the process so easy for me. Also the delivery team was punctual, and very friendly and professional also. A great team!!!!
Suggestion: The only negative is not being able to use the mattress handles to turn the mattress.

There sure is. I nearly brought the mattress back for "adjustment" as I felt a "ledge" in the mattress, significant enough to roll off of if I was sleeping on my side. However, I had to put off bringing it back because I received a series of house guests who slept on the Verlo throughout the summer and fall. Fortunately for me, and certainly for you, the third and final set of house guests included a woman whose career had been as an interior design specialist for Thomasville. She took me aside one day and asked if I knew that I had the box spring upside down. I did NOT know. Shortly after purchasing the Verlo I was diagnosed with a sensitivity to dust mites and given a list of measures to take. Special filter on my furnace, wash all linens in hot water once a week, carpets and upholstery to be cleaned professionally. And place allergen barriers on all mattresses and box springs. So even though my Verlo was brand new, I put zippered allergen barriers on each piece. Very nice vinyl covers with a zipper that ran around a corner. And a little printed tag that read "this side up." In following the instruction on that little tag I apparently reversed the box spring. And the horrible thing about this (aside from my stupidity) is that once my guests had left I would have bagged up the mattress (not the box spring) and returned it to Verlo for adjustment God knows how many times, likely without a good result. I'm sharing this with you, in spite of my embarrassment, so that if some other dimwit customer appears on your doorstep complaining of a "ledge" in the mattress, it might be for the same reason. Bottom line is that I am completely satisfied with my Verlo purchase.

Yes after returning the 1st mattress that was flawed from the start and the zippered cover was separating from the fabric! I can't believe the 1st new mattress and zippered cover that fell appart could have ever left the factory. Our sales person was great.
Suggestion: Getting a quality mattress the first time! It took 3 separate appointments which was extremely inconvenient and took hours of my day away from other commitments. At one point I was told they were going to remove the original one and we would be without a mattress for 3-4 days.
