Same scam everyone else has mentioned… down to the details…. Cancelled order next day, said gateway issues… cryptic and jumbled responses via email… all the things. This was July 7,2023. Yesterday (July 31st) these $#*!s charged 500 dollars on my credit card…. Tracing back to a weird New York address and obviously not listed as Ventalio. These people are crooks!

My friend lives near Saratoga Springs. They had a little tikes car at a very low price. I emailed them and they said it was in stock. My friend went to their "store" as noted on the webiste. It is a kitchen/bath supply plumbing store and they have no idea about anything sold by Ventalio on the website. They knew their address was being used by Ventalio to SCAM people. All the good reviews must be fake and all the bad reviews real. They are a scam company. I am glad I did not give them my information.

I ordered 10 different items on a Sunday night. The company called AM on Monday to verify the order I placed. The items were delivered on Friday afternoon. Opened the box they were excellently packed, better than big box retail stores did with the same items.

Placed an order. Looked legit. It was canceled the next business day. No reason was given. I would recommend avoiding this company.

Not only are the products unique and fun, their tone of voice and customer service is just awesome. Can't rate them enough!

I would return to do more business with them. They solved my problem, no questions asked. Will purchase again and again for future events.

Tried to order some lego, but my order was cancelled 24 hours later with no information as to why. Checked my credit card bill and there was no charges, so I figured there was some issue and tried again. 24 hours later, the order was cancelled again with no explanation. Tried reaching out to customer service but there's no way to actually contact them. Then I looked around more and found out it was a total scam (Seriously try and find a single person who managed to actually buy something and received it... all the positive reviews sound fake and are by accounts with 1 review).

Site is total scammer site. Didn't realize until I placed the order that something looked weird. Never processed the order- just an email that said hang tight. I Emailed to cancel and never heard back. The hours of operation say "10am-21pm PST" so that's a big clue it's fake right there. The address is written but if you search it - it doesn't exist as that business name. No one on the website responds yet they say chat is open 24hrs. Scam!

I placed an order with them and the next day I got a email from them that the order had been cancelled there was no reason given for it. So why did they take my order in the first place.? I think they were only after my credit card information so I will not be using that credit card again.

I placed order no confirmation number rings to busy tone, don't waste your time with them i sent them an email to cancel orderstill waiting for esponse

Do not buy from this "company": fraudulent activity to steal credit card numbers. I have purchased an item from Ventalio in April; after 10 days without receiving status updates, I decided to contact them but started receiving robotic answers claiming that there is "Payment Gateway issue on our website so the order was not processed. And there is no money debited from your card. Once issue solved we will email you". Yesterday I sent them another email asking them to cancel my transaction. The reply I got was exactly a copy/paste or their previous one, which only confirms this is a scam. I reported Ventalio to the FTC and will take other steps if necessary. It is important to mention that this "company", which claims to be in Saratoga Springs (NY), actually may not even legally exist in the U.S.: a search showed that at that address there are only a kitchens/baths store, while everything else is just sheds and buildings under construction. I did a search and found out that the real address of Ventalio (and probably also the real Ventalio) is in England. My advice is to avoid buying from Ventalio, and if you did you should promptly report them to your financial institution, close your credit card, and file a complaint with the FTC. It's the only way we can stop these scammers.

Received merchandise quickly. Purchased led beach balls and one did not light up.Customer service was great. The other beach balls look great lit at night in our pool. Kids love them. Nice for price.

Excellent service. Product was exactly what I wanted and expected. Delivery was delayed but it was not their fault. Customer service was quick to respond to my questions and concerns.

I was looking into them and a lot of bad reviews. People been saying that they never give them the payment. One person told me on a reviews. They take out credit cards money and try to get your information and now they have my address and credit card number. Do not trust these guys. They are scammers they say their email me. They never did so yeah these guys are scammers. I bought a Greninja from them and they never gave it to me. Do not trust them

Great, fast service! I was able to get a product that was sold out everywhere else, for less. Super fun to get a surprise free gift with purchase too.

Phasing website to collect credit/debit card numbers. Address is fake. Phone number doesn't work. Email address no good. Fake website. Be very cautious do not trust this company

This is a suspicious scam website, their claimed street address is a cooking supply company in NY. The pictures of their products are all just copied from Walmart/aliexpress. Their prices are bogus and the went to extreme lengths to make their website look legit but it's not. All their reviews are generic positive reviews, comments are disabled on their Facebook page. They claim to be a children's toy store but they sell kitchen gadgets? Beware!

Ordered an item put in credit card info & no delivery. No phone response. No chat response. Never delivered. Scammers!
