Canceled order without explanation. Said they were checking my credit card and would get back to me. My card was American Express. I asked them why my order was cancelled and they just sent me the photo below.

Approximately one month ago we tried to order a coffee pot from this company. After 48 hours they notified me they had canceled the order with no explanation. With good credit that's when we became suspicious. We then went online and learned that many people thought this company was involved in web/internet scams. They are! After obtaining all our credit card info from the failed purchase, they waited about 3 weeks and then began placing unauthorized purchases on our card. One was for $1212 and one was for a Verizon (we don't use Verizon) bill of $200+. We had to cancel our credit card, get new cards, and dispute the bogus charges which were reversed. But what a hassle. This company is nothing more than a front for illegal activity IMHO.

Ordered a game off of the website. Received a confirmation email. However, never received any shipping updates or billing information. Never heard anything back. Couldn't get a response from support. Unfortunately, several of the reviews I ran across after the fact stated that others thought it a scam site only to gather credit card information. Unfortunately about a month later someone went on a spending spree with my debit card. I'm very careful about using only PayPal sites and sites that I know are legitimate. Wished I would have heeded the other reviews and never dealt with that site. Now is the long waiting game of dealing with the bank to get things back on track again. Beware!

I ordered a couple things from their site. Shortly after the order was cancelled due to a "bad pay gateway".

A couple of weeks later I have random charges that total over $2,200 on my credit card.

There is no other way my card could have been compromised. I do not recommend using this site.

This company had the best price and the fastest shipping. The items were packaged with care. I will definitely order from this company again and will highly recommend this business to everyone.

Placed an order and received a confirmation email. Next day received an email stating the order has been cancelled. No explanation. A call to the company yields a computer voice stating they are unavailable and to leave a message. Online chat says there are "agents" online. I waited 30 minutes and no agent ever came on to help. NOT GOOD!

I am so impressed with this company that I just wish they sold even more than the equine experience l. My purchased were packed with such care and they responded so quickly to any of my questions. They helped me very much, it was fun and these days I needed fun.

I placed an order August 11 & still no email confirmation. I tried contacting the company by email & haven't gotten a reply. I tried calling & just get the busy signal as previous reviewer indicated. I don't know if my card was charged yet, but I don't recommend this site.

I placed an order on their website which is not user friendly. There is no search window to look for a specific item. At the conclusion of the transaction I got an order number. There was no email confirmation of the transaction. After a couple of days, I went back to the website to send an inquiry. Still no response. I called the phone number listed That had a consistently busy signal. So I then sent an email. Still waiting for a response. I don't recommend this company at all.

Great work! I will definitely buy from your website again. I requested a piece of hardware for replacement and received an entire new set of hardware. Above and beyond amazing customer service is my honest assessment of the response.

They don't answer the phone they don't confirm orders, and their voice recording is with a Chinese accent. The whole company is a sham. I can't add proof of purchase because they don't send me proof of purchase.
