I've been thinking of trading in my present vehicle and was researching it's value. I found this site which offers a vehicle report for $ 1.00. I ordered the report and was subsequently charged $ 28.95 and $ 6.95 again 3 days later. When I called to question the charges the Customer Service rep stated I ordered the "volume package" which I certainly did not order or need. To their credit, they stated they would refund me those charges. For that they get one star towards their rating. Their report didn't contain any information on value and was of not even worth the dollar. My advice is check your credit card statement if you use this service or you may get slammed.
