As advertised. Quick, easy, no hassles. Came to my house on time. Michael Mullinax was very professional. Took less than an hour to complete everything, including signing paperwork and presenting a check for the amount estimated on phone. Picked the vehicle up the next day. A pleasure doing business with him and them. Thank you "
The agreement looks like you are paying $1.00 for a report on your car. However, you are charged $28.95! We received a text moments after I agreed to the $1.00. "Chase Fraud: Did (my name) charge $28.95 at VEHICLE HISTORY on 8/07? Reply YES or NO." We replied NO and my credit card was instantly closed down! Clearly, Chase has had problems with VEHICLE HISTORY in the past to send me a fraud alert. Now, I have to update all my auto payments relating to my card! To say that I'm angry is an understatement! Do not do business with this company, you will be sorry.
I own a 2018 Nissan Murano Platinum model. Generally the car is great, but I have one small irritating complaint. The Driver's Information Screen, directly in front of the Driver, fades away in strong sunlight, but is fine and legible in the garage or at night.
The local Service Dept. instructed me to fix this problem by placing a piece of tape over the light sensor on the top of the dashboard, and not to use the Auto headlight setting.
My car now thinks it is night all the time. Anybody else have any ideas?
The report was missing information a bout title. Who had it and where is located. I was looking for a title # & who's name...
Excellent site, marvelous job. It helps me to find the date when the car was sold on auction. I wish you provided with auction listing numbers, and also possibility to check for Canadian salvages.
If you don't have a lot of cash to research the background history of every car you're interested in, this site will be invaluable for getting basic facts (and a lot more detail than you probably need). Be armed with information before bidding at auction! Plug the VIN in and here comes your three-page report!
Fast, free, informative and thorough report! Not only better than paying the the $40 for the competitor's version, but report is far more detailed than theirs. Impressed...
It takes a few minutes to find all the about the vehicles, but after that you get a quick response with the information you are looking for.
If you want to know if a car that you are looking into has been in an accident, this is the place to be. You might still want to buy a Carfax, but at least you will know right away if the car has a rebuilt or savage title or if it has been in an accident.

Great info that was free! Don't pay 40$ for car fax. Tons of info, some was a little redundant, but better than leaving out important info.
Easy to use and the information is quite detailed. The only thing it seems to be missing that carfax reports is the sale history. That is extremely important to us as consumers.
Good report considering it is free, not sure if the mpg is accurate, sometimes the model picture is different but otherwise, good site.

I looked up the vin number to see if the car was stolen or not, just to be sure and it turns out, it wasn't stolen and it also showed me the specs of the car, so thank you.
I was checking for a used car information. I knew the car was rebuild. This site gave me a basic and specific in formation for the VIN number I entered. This information was wider than any other "free" service but still missing some details like when and who rebuild it. May be the new owner did not provide it yet.
The report has everything that I wanted to know about the car. Mileage and other details are not up to date., but importantly it has accidents/recalls and others. Very useful.
When searching to buy a used car, carfax reports can really add up. While this report is not as detailed as a carfax, it gives enough basic information that I would be able to judge continuing with the buying process.
I got detailed information on this site for the used vehicle i was trying to get. Once in entered the VIN number it gave me all the details about the vehicle without asking for payment of any type. Once i went through all the information i made a decision on the car i wanted to get.
This really did help when purchasing my used car. It alerted me to possible recalls, and gave me a number to call to ensure the repairs were completed, and also gave me an idea of what i should actually be paying
