Two of my videos were placed on hold for review without any communication from the team regarding the suspension of the campaigns due to the mention of certain political names. Furthermore, the views generated from these videos have not meaningfully increased my follower count or contributed significantly to my watch hours. If you are a creator seeking transparency, fewer restrictions on promoting your work, and an authentic audience, I do not recommend considering this service.
My subscriber count increased during the promotion and I got the correct number of view for the promoted video as agreed, but now that the promotion has ended, I'm getting fewer views than I used to before promoting the last video.
After I experienced some issues with one of my video, my video had received many reviews and the process was smooth and it was completed very fast.

The only unknown issue is how the audience target is selected. This is important to secure followers that like the content (music in my case). And the results in this sense are not so great.
Thanks for the feedback. We run Google Ads, where targeting depends on factors like keywords, interests, and demographics. While we drive real views, engagement depends on audience interest. Feel free to reach out to optimize your targeting further.
I have mix feelings. If you allow them to decide how to generate the Google Ad campaign (I trust them they do this, although I do not have a prove), then this works very well. But once I tried to do a YouTube campaign of a music video, so I selected the audience (interest in music) and the countries to be targeted (this implies less views for the same price, which was OK for me). In this case, little happened, less than 10% of the campaign was done after almost a week. So, I complained, and they were efficient completing the campaign with much more views than I paid for (so I guess they used their automatic campaign without the filters I requested), but they did not explain what happened. Bottom line: the default works very well and at the end the YT channels get lots of views, some likes, BUT after the campaign is over the YT channel go back to standard daily views before the campaign started, with no increase of real engagement (this is clear when I checked that the campaign did not generate any comment, which is strange when you get 100-200 likes...).
While their prices are well balanced the site is VERY confusing. I even got locked out of choosing descriptive words for my campaign (I used no derogatory terms). When I asked for help I got a person named Miley who told me to empty my browser cache and that everything looked good oh their end, and to try again in an hour. Thats it. No further help. It clearly wasn't my browser. I reached a dead end with their "costumer service" in about a 2 minutes. I won't use them again.
