Don't fall for promos

Since I opened my account during a promo, constant contact billed me during my free trial with a referral credit. Trying to get a refund for their mistake of billing has been a nightmare. After multiple calls to try to rectify the problem I was refunded only a portion of my charge. The remainder was only 21.88 but it's the principal. They charged me in error and only refunded a portion NOT RIGHT! I would not recommend them.
