Ordered online early Monday morning, I got an email that it shipped Wednesday, I tracked it 2 more days and just said shipping label created then finally Friday it made it to the actual post office and didn't arrive until Monday. Most e-cig stuff from eBay comes in 2 to 3 days. About every time i order from vapordna it is the same thing. They have lost my business.
Very nice selection of products to choose from but they take 3 business days to process the order. I've ordered several times with them and it's the same every time. I am taking my business else where moving forward. I've also tried vapenw.com they often times ship orders the same day.
One would think in this day of online shopping that USPS flat rate shipping at $4.99 would equal Priority however that is not the case. I am on day 7 of waiting for a package from VaporDNA and I learn that they sent it out first class as if it were a utility bill. I do not like paying 4.99 for shipping that probably cost $2.00. Shipping is the worst thing to price gouge someone on especially if the item is going to take a while to get to you. There are plenty more sites that offer priority shipping at that price and offer the same tanks and mods for the same prices so I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future. Oh and if you leave a bad review on the site (under 3 stars) it will not show up on the page. I had to go back and change my bad review to 4 stars just so people could hopefully read and shop somewhere else.

Tried to exchange a faulty rta. Thier claim was it was my fault the post snapped off due to applying to much pressure... WTF VaporDNA? Anyone who does this knows that next to no pressure is needed to screw in a grub screw. I guess $39.99 was too much for them to lose.
I recently placed an order online and paid the "expedited" shipping fee. After waiying 5 days and still no vape juice i emailed customer service who waited 2 days to reply to my email, and told me to wait a little longer. After another 2 days, they tell me the shipment was lost and they would re-send the order. 13 days after the initial order i finally got my shipment. No offer to refund the expedited shipping fee or even a store credit toward a future puchase. Not even a single "We're sorry". All the product they offer can be found elsewhere on the net and you wont have to risk the hastle of slow customer service.
I ordered something from them on 23th of December and it did not work when I got it. Then they promised to replace it, but did not bother to apologize for it. I have not received the second one yet, and I was told I could get my money back when they receive the package back wich could be never.
Theyy sent me the wrong item and told me I ordered wrong even though it clearly states the correct item on the shipping label. It wasn't even a pricey item. I don't want to give a company like that any of my hard earned money.

The package arrived promptly. When I opened the package I discovered one of the bottles have leaked e-juice during the shipping process. I contacted them about it, and they sent me a replacement one at no cost. I will be making future purchases here again.
