I am very happy with this company. My only concern will be the signature to get my package. Working like most of people during the day, so make me difficult to get my package, have to stay home since we don't have a precise time for the delivery. But overall good company, fast delivery and good price.

1st 2 orders were fine, but like everyone else is saying, something happened. Took 2 weeks for them to process my last order. Emailed 3 times about it and never got a response. Then they processed it and shipped it through some shady no name company and its been sitting in a warehouse for 14 days. So we are at about a month now and my order (of $100) is still in limbo. I've sent 6 emails to the vape company and 2 to the shipping company and I haven't received a response to any of them. I'll be disputing the charges with my bank tomorrow. Screw these people.

Vape society supply is basically out of business. Ever since the law passed restricting where they can ship and what states they can ship to the business has gone down hill. They were the only company I would order from and never had problems with my orders unless it was USPS causing the problem. Now all that has changed if you go to their website most things are out of stock and if they say it is in stock I would take that with a grain of salt. It's a bummer they used to be a decent company to deal with and had some of the lowest prices you could find. Now ever since those laws passed it seems to have really hurt their business and it kinda looks like they're just taking people for their money. The laws that passed were very dumb and it did hurt a whole bunch of businesses and that isn't fair but you don't turn around and start to be dishonest with your business practices. I would definitely think twice before you place an order with this company.

I recently made a big order from them because they were running a sale and I decided to give it a shot.
My order was shipped within 2 days and I received it a little less than a week later.
Excellent service and good selection of products.

Worst company. I had been with them for over 2 years. Placed a order over $130 plus shipping. 2 months later I finally get a response to the 100 emails and calls that was never returned. They doing a refund but still charging me for shipping. Which is Bull since it never shipped to me. They held my money for over 2 months, charged me for shipping that never took place and it took them 2 months to even return a email. Just rude. They should not be charging me they should pay me interest for keeping my money that long. They have been reported to the BBB for doing people bad. They used to be a great company but now BUYERS BEWARE. FIND ANOTHER COMPANY THIS ONE IS HORRIBLE. BAD PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH. SPREAD THE WORD TO EVERYONE. BUYER BEWARE.
