I placed an order for 2 paintings back in October (2018) and I didnt worry at first bc they say that it can take a month or more for some deliveries. I tried emailing them in December and the email bounced back. Then I tried going back on their website and it had disappeared. It looks like it's back up and running but don't fall for it! I lost over $40 and never heard from them.

My daughter ordered 2 kits from this site and received an email confirmation of the order. Kits were paid for. This company has been emailed numerous times for updates on the progress of the order with no response at all. My daughter was shown the site by a friend who actually received her order ok. This along with all the other reviews here show that this company is extremely unreliable at best.

As everybody else here, I did not receive any item after 2 months, even though I tried to contact them several times, but never got a reply.

I've contacted VanGo many times regarding a wrong shipment that I have recieved. I ordered a downtown painting, and I received the cat painting instead.

This is a shell company that will simply take your money and you will never receive any product. Do not give them your bank details - STAY CLEAR!

I have reported them to the FBI ICCC as a scam company, I have reported them to Google Ads, Paypal and Facebook. I have raised cases with all of the above. I will be pursuing this company and Ralph D J who is the fraudulent owner. Good luck Ralph

Scam do not use!... they will take your money and you will receive nothing.

Ordered 5 paintings over a month and a half ago, lost $120. Do not order from this website, you will not receive any shipment.

It's been a month. No contact or response from them. I really hope this is not a scam. It was supposed to be a gift for my girlfriend.

Have reported this website and put it up for investigation.

This website is a scam do not buy anything from them. Nothing was shipped and nothing will be shipped.

Ordered received invoice and tracking no. Can only follow to china airport, No response to e mails and phone number also out of order.

Surely scamming set up.

On sale it cost me 19.99USD which is about 30NZD I checked the tracking number and they come from Aliexpress. On Aliexpress the same exact painting with the same dimensions and everything was only 5.64USD or 8.21NZD I couldve bought 3 paintings with that price so go to Aliexpress not VanGo Paintings or youll get ripped off

Emailed them several times about a mistake I made with my order, immediately after ordering as well as two days later, and then two days later again. Never got a response.

Ordered gift for my wife month ago. Just got order and shipment confirmation. Package is untraceable. No one answers emails. Lost my 40 dollars.

Placed an order, the parcel was untraceable even provided the tracking number. Emailed numbers of times but no reply.
Avoid this...

Placed an order with them 10 days ago, never heard from them again. Tried emailing several times, then did a bit more research and realised I had been had. They claim to be reachable on Facebook too which is a lie as they have no such page.
I only lost 17 and I certainly learnt my lesson!
