Great appraisal, very quick turnaround, detailed and insightful notes accompanying estimated valuation. Far exceeded my expectations given this is a website I found online and thought I would give it a try.
I had eight musical instruments appraised through this online service. The service was quick and had all the information I needed for my insurance company.
This is the third time I have utilized their services and in my opinion they are the very best in the world when it comes to providing expert appraisals for antiques and collectibles. I received what I was expecting. A detailed descriptive appraisal about my item by a source that knows their business.
I really enjoyed being able to find out more about my item. It was also very cool to see how much it might be worth, because I was pretty clueless. I was a little annoyed there was zero communication after 48 hours. I paid for the 48 hour response time and I didn't get my value until about 60 hours.
It was swift and very helpful and provided just what i needed
Item was valued incorrectly twice. Item also dated incorrectly three times. Item is worth £500 valuer started off at $40 then ended up after three valuations at $400. Item was made in around 1590, valuer dated it three times and started of at late nineteenth early 20th century then stated it could be 18th century all of which is incorrect. I had to research the item and pass on the information I found to the valuer so. Current valuation and date still incorrect after three valuations. Sad to say very disappointed on this occasion.
Paid for a 24h Valuation on the 25/11, received valuation on the 01/12. Understatement to say that the service was poor. I could have gotten an answer from an auction house for free for the same time. VMS refunded me credits for a 48h valuation which is ridiculous since I paid for a service that never received in the first place. Don't recommend and won't use again.
Great interface and the report was quickly delivered. The actual valuation made sense and whilst I was hoping for more, I am glad I went through this process
I decided to use "value my stuff" to help me with a recent purchase of a chair… That said, all they said was it is circa 1900 Mahogany desk chair. No insight to who the manufacturer could be or perhaps what state it was made. The chair has a unique carving in the back, which I would've thought they could have pinpointed the maker and no reference to the upholstery.

We had two jerseys that appear to be autographed by Michael Jordan. I am told they are authentic, but that the signature has to be authenticated. To me that's not really authenticating something.
Given the effort Id put in to give as much detail as possible including 40+ photos I found the short response was dismissive and appeared to be guesswork without substance
