This website is easy to use, I like that there are all formats of the textbooks needed. Its nice to be able to either rent, buy new or used. I've never not found a text book I was looking for. They even have international options. The returns are easy. I do kinda think that its ridiculous to offer textbook buy backs and it being one penny, that would be my only complaint at least make it worth a dollar because whats the point in selling 12 textbooks and only getting under $1.
I ordered my books on May 24th 2023 and its June 16th, there is no update, there is no seller information, the tracking number doesn't show anything, its been that way from the start. You can't contact them by phone. Classes already started 2 weeks ago and no one from this company contacts you back. They got your money and to bad about your books. Now i'm stuck in a class with no books and no way to contact them and get any reply back of where my books are.

Interface display could improve. Slightly Boring. Don't know site well. Good Pricing, Lower than most others which nice for a broke college student such as myself.
The website is very clean and user-friendly. Prices are competitive with other online bookstores, actually came in $2 cheaper than a competitor. Gotta save every penny you can as a student!

Make sure to update on the most cost efficient books asap. It is a reliable site for purchasing textbooks compared to Amazon or Ebay but it can be improved further.

Great selection and service for an online option. The only way to improve would be more detail on the item(s) purchased. Would definitely utilize the store again in the future when textbooks are required in classwork.
Easy way to get textbooks would recommend ordering from Valore Books, site is easy to navigate. Steps to checkout was also very easy to follow. If you are a student the books are cheaper than what you can get at the college book store.
From my own experience I can say that ValoreBooks is quite reliable. I bought couple books from them for my son and I am happy with my purchase

Easy ordering and cheapest prices. Best length of rental time for a college student. Easy look up on line to find. Little extra money to receive the book faster.
The site prevented me from entering mailing address city and zip code.
The only way it works is if you enter your street address and then select the other info from a pop-up menu.
A fine system, but if you miss the pop-up menu, there are no hints on what to do next. Ended up doing the entire form again before I got it to work.
A single line of text next to the street address text box could have resolved this issue.
I found this website through TextbookRentals.com and the book that I needed was the cheapest on this website. I have never heard of valorebooks, but I know that I will come back for future purchases of textbooks.
I just ordered my books to rent and if they come in a timely manner (some reviews say that theirs did not) it will be a sweet deal. One of the books that I rented was offered by my school for $105 to buy and with ValoreBooks it was $16 to rent. Soooo... I am very optimistic!

The rental prices were much cheaper here than other places! I will be using them in the future to rent my nursing school textbooks.
The prices on books are great overall; however, the shipping is a bummer when you're buying multiple items. I tried looking for a coupon code to no avail. Glad I was able to get the books I needed and not spend an arm and a leg but just bummed about shipping for EACH item. I like Valore and I have been ordering from them for several years through undergrad and now graduate school.
Tip for consumers:
If you can order from another site and pay one fee for shipping it would be more beneficial if the prices of books are comparable,
The process was really easy and fast and most certainly cheaper books I found. As a college student or book lover in general you want to make sure you save money yet be able to find exactly what you are looking for. This made the process easier and faster.
I've used ValoreBooks for about a year now for all of my class textbook needs. The service is wonderful and I get my books quickly. I've only had one situation where the book came close to the end of my semester but my professor gave me a chance to make up the work once I received the book. I would highly recommend anyone ValoreBooks versus using the campus library.
And I am not paid to write this, I'm being very serious about how the service is. Please reconsider ValoreBooks as a primary choice for buying books because school libraries and bookstores overcharge for the same exact book!

Never a hassle. Been in college for 6 years and counting. They make it easy and convenient! Says this thing needs more characters. Who is making the criteria for the survey needs to not make it 100 words minimum cause now you have people like me who will do this just so they could submit their review. Or worse yet, will just back out and not submit it at all. NEVER force people to do something more that is already out of their way. Haha so besides this survey Valore Books is A-okay in my book!
