UTL Express

I placed an order on 5/5/2021 through a company Hghworlds.com and was guaranteed a 7 day delivery process or money back guarantee also and have not stood by either of their false advertisements. They decided to use UTL-EXPRESS logistics as a courier company who contacted me and told me it was stuck at a customs hold and for a cheap fee of 300 dollars they could get it to pass through without issue which sounded amazingly steep especially due to the fact the order itself was a little over 500 dollars after contacting the "courier" service and telling them I would like the paperwork on it and would handle it myself they suddenly had no response and stopped replying from then on. I also contacted the supplier hghworlds.com numerous times and said that the "courier" UTL-EXPRESS should not be trying to get more money out of me and they would look into it on their end which had led to nothing but what seems to be a run around. It's just so hard to find reputable and honest companies to deal with who have no hidden agenda other than to make alot of money by supplying top notch products. That's how you do good business not like most of these half $#*! suppliers like ones previously mentioned.
