I was recommended this company by look after my bills.com from the first bill I knew I'd made a huge mistake they ran my account into arrears and after many emails I decided the best thing was to leave them and that's when the fun started they objected because my account was in arrears there fault not min( apparently it's a tactic they use so when you find out how bad they really are they make it extremely difficult to leave them) without them adjusting my debit after several emails they finally gave me a figure that would clear the debt so I went back to octopus energy settled in nicely with a well run company again only to later be billed for £200.23 p this is after paying two monthly bills with octopus this company is the worst company I've ever dealt with I'm my 69 yrs of living don't go anywhere near this company you will live to regret it UTILITY POINT
