So I ordered a item from this company, and payment did not go thru on their website, then got an email from them saying they got my order and then sent it to my PayPal. So hey ok payment sent, and received, I was told the order has been dispatched but no tracking number, I emailed the company and they emailed back be patient and will receive few days, so if an item been dispatched it should have a tracking number soon that happens, I work for shipping company and have worked for fedex and few smaller companies. I went my bank account and showed my payment received in China! Also if go to the site which I did check till after looking none of their links work to Facebook or twitter and they have no social media presence.
I emailed them and they say because of the weekend it has effected the delivery,
On website it guarantees 3 to 4 days delivery also money back guarantee, so as I asked for refund they sent back that the item is has been shipped from California (shipped meaning it has have tracking number) but they said depends on that carriers timetable. So wait it shipped but no tracking, but they can't verify the delivery date because it is on the carrier the warehouse that soppose be part their company, also their company number is a WhatsApp number,

I should looked at all this, so we will see if I get my refund or not, I read other reviews they will keep messaging and then after 30 days nothing can be done. They not a bbb recognized and few other things.

Please I highly recommend not doing business with them, lot of signs I should seen so I may just lost 349.00 and have learned an expensive lesson or they may come thru but I guessing the latter. Photos attached of what I have so far
