This is another scam gambling site, they ask for your id pic and pics of all credit cards you use, no option to change your password or user ID, never giving you right information. Everybody in this sit speaks spanish or others, no real english speaker. They did it to me, I am getting someone in overseas everytime I am calling them. Transaction on your card shows somewhere in costa rica or china or in the middle of nowhere, does not saying that is for wagering account. 100% foreign made charges. No physical address. You sign up with them you giving them access to you everything. Good luck
I am looking for an ADW and while their site is more informative than TwinSpires, I find it hard to deposit money to a place that lists no physical addresses. As many of us have learned, only gamble with US-owned entities. I know I lost money before. I have no idea if USRacing is US-owned or if I am talking to someone in Cypress. I have a hard time trusting them.

Still, since you did not open an account at US Racing (as far as I know) it is challenging to reply to your negative review of a company you have a hard time trusting all the while without attempting to actually use its services.
We have offices in several countries including North America and the United Kingdom. Our call centre is located in Central America.
If it is your preference to gamble with US owned entities, then TwinSpires and BetAmerica are two great organisations. TVG (another reputable company) is US based but is a subsidiary of Betfair, a UK company.
If you have any further questions about US Racing, please feel free to contact us via our support page.
And while I understand you may have trouble trusting a company that is not US based, I did want to reply to your feedback, which we value.

I recently got scammed by USRACING.COM! I opened a new account so I could bet on a recent horse race. I got lucky and won a little money! I did, as instructed by USRACING.COM, exactly what THEY required me to do to collect my winnings. It's been a week now, and they keep sending emails instructing me to give them more information like, photo ID and bank account information! I guess I've learned a valuable lesson!

While we certainly will make mistakes from time to time, we always take responsibility and try our best to make things right.
Our members are the most important part of our business— and we like to feel we do a great job. Is there room for improvement? Of course! And we actually take all the feedback we get and try to make improvements.
I wanted to speak with you before posting a reply on Sitejabber so that I can get your side of the story. Attempts were made to private message you, email and call you but we have not been able to reach you.
From our records, I can see that you placed your wagers and that you were paid IN FULL when you made your withdraws.
It is a fact that we must insist on ID and authorization from our players— compliance for our banks, processors and license require it.
Believe me— I know it can be a pain in the neck. I work here and even I had to submit paperwork!
Please let me know your side of the story. Although we do make mistakes from time to time, we are by no means a scam and must defend ourselves against accusations which we feel are unwarranted.

I would like to start out by saying that US Racing honors all their promotional deals without any hassles at all. After you make your initial deposit of $100 to bet with and wager $500 total,( all bets accepted by the way,) you will get an additional $150 to bet with. After you wager this $150 whatever you win on it is yours to keep or continue gambling with. It is very simple. Also you get daily rebates from 3 to 8 % depending on what track you bet every day. They also reimbursed me for the $4 exchange fee Visa charged me for international transfer. Everytime I called or wrote an email I was talked to very nicely by a knowledgeable employee, both male and female. Not once was anyone rude or short with me, no matter what I asked them. When I requested a payout I was given some information to take with me to a local moneygram office in Daytona Beach and was given cash on the spot. I would definitely recommend US Racing to anyone new or old to online betting. Don't be afraid to gamble with them because they are based out of Costa Rica and are not a US company. They do pay out and are much nicer than every other site I've used.

Q: I tried us racing for the first time. Had luck and won. However, now I'm under investigation and not told why. Asked questions as why Dover Downs and not other tracks, why the particular horse etc. etc. The whole ordeal has been stressful. Happy one day then a couple days later stressed because they won't pay up. Do they do investigations on everyone that wins? I will do another review if they honor what US Racing represents and not a scam.
