"I ordered a florida gators quilt for christmas. It did come but it was blue and red. I called them and emailed and said they had the wrong colors. They said they would send another, which they never did. Don't waste you time. Scammers!".

Ordered a college quilt in October to give as a Christmas gift. Could never find any customer service rep to speak with re: the status. We disputed the bank charge as fraudulent and was credited only to have the package show up at the end of January. We would've been understanding if only we could've spoken to someone.

Evidently this is a scam site. Saw this quilt advertised on Facebook and ordered from
Nana Thread but have never received it. I reviewed my bank statement and found out
It had been deducted from my account. Buyers beware this must be a scam.

My order was deducted from my account 11/08/18. Have never received my quilt. Payment went to GearLaunch, but ordered thru NanaThread. Several emails later and promises that the quilt is coming but nothing has happened except that I'm out money!

Months ago, I got the wrong (and ugly) tshirt from them. Sent many emails and nothing done. Still have not got the tshirt that I PAID for. They don't even answer now. Cannot find site online now. Worst customer service ever. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

I ordered a University of Florida blanket advertised on Facebook as a gift. They charged my credit card same day, but have never sent a confirmation that order was processed and I still haven't received the blanket. My credit card company is processing a fraudulent claim and has said they will refund money. Don't order from this company!

I am not hearing back regarding the quilt I already paid for! My Facebook post bragging about my purchase is minus a photo as is their website void of pictures now. What a scam!

They have credited my account for the amount of the purchase that I never saw. It has restored SOME trust in these advertisements I see on FB.

When asking them for proof of delivery and a signature, they never provided. I never got my order, but they got my money. Very dishonest company. Don't buy from them, you will be taken advantage of, out the money, and no product. They gave a bogus tracking number according to the post office. Horrible, horrible company!

I ordered a tote bag for a present, weeks before Christmas. It is not January 24,2018 and i have still not received the item. The phone number for customer service, listed on the website is out of order and they do not respond to your emails. I finally had to contact Paypal to see if they could help me out. DO NOT USE THIS company. Way to much hassle for getting nothing.
