GREAT, I JUST HOPE WE CAN REACH THE CREDIT LIMITATIONS,AS OUR BANKRUPTCY HAS JUST BEEN RELEASED. WE ALSO HAVE A 9 % INTEREST PREDATORY LOAN ON OUR MOBILE UNIT BOUHGT IN 1997 ON OUR 4 ACRES OF LAND.

Presently in the home we wish to purchase on a rent to own basis. The owner is asking 55,000.00 for the home. Would like paymetns to be around 300-350.00 per month. Thanx
