I should have updated this review some time ago. First thing first - if you purchase anything from US-Appliance, you must follow to the letter their product acceptance requirements. Generally this means that you have a very limited window to respond. If you don't, you will likely be responsible for the cost of any repairs that are required. However, I ultimately found a customer service representative that was very helpful and ultimately resolved my issue. I was able to return my oven and get a replacement. It took finding that right person and to plead my case but they made it right in the end. Saved a lot by using US-Appliance.

Not recommended. You pay 140 for the visit. Then they don't fix it and schedule and appointment an other day. And no show up, no answer phone, no text nothing.

I was very excited to find what appeared to be a great deal on a set of kitchen appliances. I ordered 1/30/2021 in which 9 received an email stating 1 to 4 weeks for delivery. I called the end of February asking time frames & if I want home would the appliance be left outside? I was informed my appliances would arrive around the end of March, but the fridge was on back order & would be a few weeks later. I called again 4/30 as I still have not heard anything & have not received any products. They now said I should receive them around the end of May & the fridge is still on back order & may be delivered a couple months after. So I have now been without a stove for 3 months. The people I have spoken with qt customer service are friendly. I was informed no appliance place have things available due to covid. I have contacted other places which confirmed they could get items delivered to be within a couple of weeks. Now I don't know if I should cancel my order to purchase elsewhere for more or continue waiting & hope they will not add additional months every month ad it had been so far. I'm very disappointed to the point I'm scared something else will be wrong when/if I get the items.

I purchases fridge, oven, dish washer & microwave. Have not received them yet & it is now been over 3 months.

Your site is not user friendly. You click on something of interest on the web, it loads it into your cart before you even read up on it. Then there's no link to get out and shop for other items of interest. You're too big of a site not to have had feedback before with this issue. Investing in IT staff to help make your website user friendly is critical to the success of any company now a days.

No place to put in va discount. Had to fill in billing 4 times finally filled out 2nd box with same info in 1st box and went through. Maybe a clue as to what is needed. We have always had problems with communicating with you system. Someone might consider answering the phone in the Wenatchee store. No one is never on the same page. Conflicting information, just went through one this past weekend. Great and pleasant associate( Camille?) please add va benefit.

I selected these appliances on a holiday weekend when the prices were lower. I had to wait for the bank to open to approve a debit card daily limit before I ordered, and your store was closed for the holiday. When I had called the bank and gotten the approval, early on the FIRST DAY AFTER THE HOLIDAY, all the prices had gone up. I don't believe that this is appropriate or serves the purchaser. I am disappointed in the response I got from the person answering the phone when I called to discuss the situation. I got an attitude of: it is what it is, rather than helpful understanding (reducing the price to what it HAD been when I entered items into the cart during the weekend).

I thought it was a great deal with your prices, but then I had to buy a dryer plug and water hoses and install it. They were not brought into the house, and now I have to figure out a way to get rid of the boxes and the pallet. I would have paid a little more with Best Buy and they would have been installed, and I wouldn't have had the headache of disposing of the LARGE boxes and pallet. I do have to say, I did get them delivered pretty fast.

I also thought that when I checked out there was an option for paying more if stairs were required. They only delivered curbside, so I was stuck with major appliances in a parking lot by myself.

I can understand why you have the policy that the customer needs to inspect the package and note any damage before signing, but you put me in a very difficult situation . The driver gets lost trying to find my house ,he arrives over an hour late,. He parks in the middle of the road and helps me unload the package to a cart ,. He hands me the delivery paper, Now I am suppose to say ,"i will not sign it till I have inspected ii" . It is winter, deep snow covers the ground it is windy and cold ,opening the box ,out doors on the road side would have taken 15 minutes , ,with the box parts scatter about ,exposing the oven to the elements and possible damage as I moved to the house.-unless I repacked it. So I just signed the paper knowing you would be of no help to me if there was damage . I was put in a situation that I never want to experience again . I understand your need ,but you seem not to understand mine , I have other places where I can purchase things -and next time ,unless you change your policy,I would never buy from you again

US Appliance claims on their webpage that large appliance orders will be received in between 1 and 3 weeks time. This is simply false. Our delivery is scheduled 31 days after the order was placed, and we don't know yet whether it will actually come by then. We were never notified of any delay and it was only through repeated phone calls that we were told anything. We only received the correct date that the order was even shipped from their store after the third phone call. The prices are reasonable, but the customer service is poor.

The website is ok. When you place a bundle pack deal online you need to get to the last stage with putting in credit card details in order to see a discount and see how much it is, which is nerve racking. That said the price on the website discounted was beaten by a phone call to the sales line who promised a price of $1,846 all in with free shipping, versus the discount from $3.5k down to $2.1k online. So it pays to speak to someone, or does it. I placed the order for a Samsung 3D tv with the bundle at the beginning of the week. I also added in a warranty which was better value than the other stores could provide, including square trade. I am now wondering what I have purchased, if anything at all. Daily phone calls have gone around to voicemail boxes and left unreturned. The order is still being processed! I was however sent an order confirmation email for the warranty and the invoice, so have been charged for that already! When I call up they don't recognise the invoice number on the pdf doc that they themselves sent! In short they have so far robbed me blind of a warranty for a product which they have not processed yet. Then factor on 10 days minimum to get the product delivered and you are averaging between 2 weeks and a month at a time from picking up the phone for the first time to calling them for the last time with your lawyers details. I would recommend saving a) your phone bills b) your stress levels c) your own time and just order from a reputable site. The cost savings in theory havent materialised in practice. It will end up Net flat and a month later than a normal store. With all that said, they do say they are busy. Then again, so am I which is why I ordered online rather than in a store in person. Morale of the story is again, if its too good to be true, it is.

BUYER BEWARE!

They seem to be taking orders and not be able to process them. I have been extremely dissatified with these guys. They seem to have lied repeatedly to me. You may or may not get your order and have to cancel after waiting a couple of weeks for your order.

So I placed my order over the phone on 2/14 and was told that I would get an email confirmation later that day or the next day. I even started a 'LIVE AGAIN' thread here on SlickDeals for the TV.

I followed up the next day (2/15) and was told the order had processed and the email would be going 'now'. No email came AND my card was charged.

Followed up the next day (2/16), again I was told that the order is processed and the email is going out 'now'. No email. Waited a couple of hours. Called again in the afternoon. Now I was told (and here it gets ridiculous) that the email might not even have gone into my spam folder but have been blocked completely by gmail and was asked for another email address. News for you USAppliance - if email service providers are blocking your emails that they don't even go into spam folders then you have a problem. A big problem. A big problem trying to do business over the internet.

Anyways so now they had another email address for me. Still no email.

USAppliance is telling me that the order has 'processed', they have charged my card but they will not send me a confirmation email or give me a confirmation number despite having my money. Everytime I call to ask them they lie by telling me it's going out 'now' and putting me off. And make excuses like gmail blocks us so it doesn't even get to the spam folder. COME ON!

I send a message to the USAppliance person monitoring threads on Slickdeals. This is what he tells me:

"We are short a few TVs and are transferring units from local B&M warehouses to fill the last dozen or so orders we are short.
There is also a shipment on the way from Panasonic.
Your order is only 2 business days since processed so even if it takes 3 more business days to ship out, you should have it around our 7 - 10 business day timeframe.
I apologize for the miscommunication."

STILL no email or confirmation number!

Anyways 2/17 - I cancel my order and dispute the charge with my credit card provider. I place an order for the same TV with Amazon. It's scheduled to be delivered Feb 22 and has already shipped out. Woohoo!

No more shady merchants like USAppliance. I'll pay a couple of bucks more and stick with the good guys.

Do not buy from this website - I was looking for a gas oven and came across this website. I placed a seach for gas ovens in their search system and an oven came up. It was just what I thought I was looking for: right color and right dimensions. There wasn't a word in the product description that said that it's an electric oven. I purchased it thinking that I'm buying a gas oven. When we received it, I realized that I bought the wrong one. When I called them they said that because there is very few people that look for gas ovens, it's not specified anywhere in the product description whether it's a gas or electric oven. I was in that group of a very few people and I got punished; now I have to pay a 15% re-stocking fee to return it.
This is very unfair, misleading, and gives a consumer the incorrect information and forces them to purchase wrong products. They didn't want to accept that their search system was wrong.
