I would have liked more selection on the style of the poem. I also don't like paying shipping as most sites offer complimentary shipping.

Was offered a discount promo but did not give me a code. I think price is very high just for a print.

Since this is my first time with you I don't want to rate anything too high or low. I want to wait to see when and how items arrive. I always give positive feedback when I make a good purchase. It never hurts to give credit where credit is due.

I like what I see at a good price . Now I will wait to see the delivery . I hope to have it for Mothers Day . It is a gift for my daughter . She is also a mother .

When ordering, I had to go back through every single poster and make my selection all over again because everything got lost the first time. I was not able to process payment because of some kind of error. I NEVER have been on this site, or even heard about it before. I was also unhappy that the payment process skipped me from going straight to PayPal for selecting my payment method. The money ended up coming out of my bank account when I wanted to use a credit card. Good thing I had enough money in my checking account to cover the cost of my purchase.

All was good with the exception of communicating the shipping of the item. As most products are shipped same or next day this product took several days. That may have been due to some final assembly or out of stock. Those are understandable delays, but were not communicated. urbanloftart needs to communicate its shipping delays with their customers.

I did not receive the order as fast as I was told. I thought the pic would be framed.

The site kept crashing and the site response was very slow. I have high speed internet so was not sure why it was so hard. It took a long time to get the order placed

The site is difficult to get from here to there. Takes a while, because you have to keep going around and around.

I've purchased several prints and had 3 of them come damaged. The packing could be better. The last order was delayed I think 2 days before it made it to our home.

First time shopping. Provided there are no issues with shipping and the how the product arrives to my mom (her Christmas gift), I will order again and recommend.

Some of the "dogs playing poker" from Coolidge were missing but I've got enough to at least get my friend started on the collection. The savings were great and ultimately what made me chose this site. The shipping was good. The quality seemed good. I didn't get a good look at them because of the way they were packaged I couldn't take them out and put them back in before my friend got them. She seemed pleased thought. Thank you.

The ordering was easy because of access to Amazon for payment. I had not expected the shipping and handling because of use of my Amazon account. Since the items were also available at Amazon, I will most likely use that to avoid additional cost in the future.

I will have a better idea re: satisfaction and if I will be a repeat csutomer, once I receive merchandise

I received a framed Todd Williams-Paris print..SKUR*******-AEAEAGOFDM that arrived broken, and print was askew in the frame. It was a mess! I'm not happy about that. How did that ever pass product control? I need a replacement.

The products are nice but not as representative of colors please have someone call with the Rama number *******505.

I had difficulty entering the quantity of the print I wanted. I had planned on ordering two prints, but when I typed in the quantity, it kept changing it back to one.

It would be nice if when you save something in your shopping cart - you wouldn't need to start over with your search, but instead it would save and you could back arrow to the last place you left off.

Was supposed to receive in 8 days maximum. Received in 9 days and missed a birthday gift for someone in family.

We received the picture and it didn't match the room as expected. We retuned the picture via FedEx and paid 56.00 for shipping. We paid around $25 to have it delivered and $56 to return it. Now I don't have a picture but I spent $75 - $80, (for nothing). You have a good product and good service, but selecting the wrong picture can be very costly.

Had no idea that the 12 X 12 prints would be shipped in a tube instead of a protected ready to frame flat format.

painting was beautiful in my bed room. delivery took a little longer than I thought.
the paper put on the back of the painting was not glued on properly.
