They did not deliver the product to my home They did not tell me where they brought it After a week i check and found it was at pawn shop NOW THE PAWN IS NOT TRAINED TO UNDERTAND BUT STUPIDLY FOLLOWS ORDER... SHE WANTED THE PROOF THAT PAID AND I HAD NONE. SO SHE STUPIDLY REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY 150.00 ITEM! SPENT ANOTHER WASTEFUL NON PAID 30 MIN WITH UPS AGAIN WHO TRIED TO MANIPULATE ME IN PAYING MORE THAN I AGREED TO... THEN FINALLY SHE GAVE ME MY AUTHORIZATION WHICH WAS ALREADY WRITTEN ON MY BOX BUT THE STUPID LADY DID NOT READ NOR DID SHE SUCCESSFULLY RUN THROUGH THE NUMBERS ON HER PHONE! UNBELIEVABLE WASTE OF MY TME WHEN UPS GETS PAID FOR THIS AND I DON'T.
